Dunkin' Donuts in Indianapolis

“I have eaten at every Dunkin’ Donuts from South to West and Eastside. This location is the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I know the food is always fresh. It’s never over or undercooked. The people always have great customer service. I am honestly disappointed at any other one that I’ve ever been to I will travel to get to this location specifically because it will never disappoint.“

“We visit up to Indianapolis every year for the 4th we are from Mississippi and this is my favorite place for iced coffee there. The staff are very nice and the donuts are really good too. My favorite is the Peanut butter Dunkalatte from there.Love this place and it's not far at all from my mother n law house up there every year I have to stop by there.“

“Went July 4th and didn't realize they were closing early. I was welcomed in with smiles and great service even though they were closing in 20 min. Very thankful for the polite and friendly staff. Never felt like i was that customer who comes at closing. The coffee was great as usual and had great small talk with employees while waiting. Have been here several times and will continue to visit. “Great food and friendly customer service. I would just be careful that if you are driving south on Michigan road that you don't try to turn left into the entrance off of Michigan Rd or you'll be blocking traffic a while cuz it's a busy street. Instead take a left at the light and go in the south entrance off of Cooper Rd.“

“I pulled into the drive-thru of this Dunkin' location to grab a quick morning pick-me-up while on a road trip, and it was a fast, convenient, and reliable stop. The line moved along briskly, and the employee at the window was cheerful and efficient, getting my order handed over in no time at all. I ordered a large iced coffee along with a half-dozen assortment of classic glazed and frosted donuts, and everything tasted perfectly fresh, sweet, and satisfying. While it is exactly the consistent, comforting quality you expect from the brand, the parking lot and drive-thru lane can get quite congested and tricky to navigate during the peak morning commuter rush.“

“They know how to make good bacon!! Not too crispy and not undercooked/heated! It’s perfect when you get the snackin bacon and sweet black pepper bacon sandwich often. Thanks for serving quality food at your location. You should help out them folks at Michigan and township line rd. They have no idea what they are doing.“

I have been going here at least 1 a week for 6 months now. They are always so kind and fast! The staff is friendly and my orders are accurate.

The reason I decided to write a review today is because they were supporting a group of Special Olympic Athletes and that is just top notch!“

“Haven’t had dunkin’ in a while, the chai is so good there, staff was really nice and welcoming and very patient! Also, they were pretty quick with the drinks and they were so neat! Thank you to the College Ave crew! Definitely can’t wait to go back and try more drinks!“

“This is the closest DD to our home but it used to be run poorly in the past: no service because machines were clean two hours before closing, no donuts early in the afternoon, long lines for the bare minimum. But a year or more ago the place was run by truly professionals who always prepare your order fast and efficiently. They recognize you and value you as a return customer and sometimes they even add a few extra donut holes or treats for being a return customer. The place is still small inside, but the drive-through experience is amazing. The road has been recently paved and the place is open for longer shifts and hours. A much needed and welcomed change who made us return to it more than we should, to be honest. ;-)“

“I ordered a frozen drink and it was melted before I even got out of store which tells me they didn't put enough ice in it. The drive thru was very busy so went in for food and they weren't very courtesy seemed to busy to worry about us when we went in store. I will say the donuts were very fresh. I will return like I do every Saturday morning and hope the drink tastes better and is made right next time.“

“The Coffee is delicious, not like the other Duncan. 's donut locations, their coffee is terrible, but this coffee is delicious. The donuts are good, they're always clean and efficient. The only thing is all the zombies that hang out outside in the parking lot, especially in the morning when it's dark and come up to your car and you have to show your firearm to scare them away. But other than that delicious.“

“They are short staffed so the line can be long especially in the morning but if you are patient with them it is definitely worth the wait! The staff is friendly and fast but I'll take quality over quickness so be patient with them.
