“I tried the wraps, and they were awesome!!!!! I tried the chicken jalapeño ranch, and it was great. Now, one thing that bothers me is that they offer a garlic wrap instead of a standard tortilla, but when using a third party to order, like UberEats or DoorDash, you don't get offered the option. So you pay for delivery, a higher price for the food, AND have to tip the driver just to get a smaller selection. That's bothersome. I did discover you can order delivery directly from their website where the cost is significantly lower. I enjoy the subs they sell as well, but the tomatoes are really cold for some bizarre reason. Like very noticeably chilled. I don't know if they freeze them or what, but it throws me off and blows my high.“

“Ordering online was so convenient and easy , I received my lunch in a timely manner 👍🏾 also my sandwich itself wasn't bad at all. I had a turkey sandwich with bacon they definitely could have put more than one piece of bacon on there, but all in all, the sandwich was great 👍🏾.“

“All of us enjoyed our sandwiches. My wife enjoyed the Salami Caprese Wrap, and my son loved the Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Wrap. I ate the Italian Night Club sandwich on the French Bread. It is a very flavorful and delicious sandwich. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Parking: There is a small parking lot with a faue amount of spaces nearby and in front of Jimmy John's.“
“The Chicken Caesar Wrap was great and the chips were fresh. No napkins were placed in the bag even though I requested them. Also, I ordered off the direct Jimmy John’s website for delivery. They outsourced to Uber and it was a little confusing. All in all food was good and I would recommend if you need something quick.“

Her anger subsided as she bit into one of your sandwiches and it saved my marriage. She was able to return to the hospital and save lives. “Solid food place. Delivery made it expensive as it cost an additional $4 fee on top of tips. Hunter's club sandwich itself was great. I like that it was highly customizable and could add a lot of extras for free.

“Friendly service with the classic JJ taste i can depend on but hardly anyone was there. Don't be fooled, it is open even though all of the window lights are missing or broken. I almost passed it up thinking the location had closed. Corporate needs to get some repairs and updates done so more customers know they are there.
Vegetarian options: One clearly marked vegetarian option but adding most veggies is free so you can jazz it up however you please.
Dietary restrictions: The 'Unwich' lettuce wrap and various tortilla wrap options can replace the bread on any sandwich they make to accommodate a low or no carb diet. Inform staff of relevant allergies and they will change gloves and utensils without hesitation.
Parking: Adjacent to the Castleton Square Mall. Even if the lot were full, a short walk from the vacant former Sears lot adds more parking than any customer could dream of.
Kid-friendliness: Little John and slim sandwiches are great for little hands and picky eaters.
Wheelchair accessibility: Convenient ramp and 2 handicapped parking spots by the front door.“
“I love this Jimmy Johns. The food is always good and fresh. Love the kickin ranch! My orders are also correct 99.9% of the time. A lot of people may not realize that is a huge accomplishment when running a customizable sandwich shop. Believe me, I ran one for 20 years!“

“I placed an online catering order for 30 and when I went into the store i realized that I had placed it for the following week by.mistake. The lovely lady told me it's no problem at all and she would prepare the food for me. It was actually lunchtime and the store was Soo busy and the staff were Soo Soo helpful and wonderful. Special shout-out to everyone there . Thank you all sooo much ..the most exceptional customer service...“
“I don't know whats changed at this JJ but its like a well oiled machine! The manager working the register said "Hello" to me the moment I walked in the door and the staff asked if I had an online order. After some confusion (from me because I failed to check the to-go counter) I was given THE BEST Hunters Club i've ever had from a JJ. It looked like it was made for a social media post and tasted so good. All of the elements of the sandwich stayed in place while I devoured it and it tasted so fresh. I highly recommend this JJ over all the others in Indy.“
“Last time I went, it was my birthday. They had given me a free sandwich in the app. I ordered a Hunter's Club & it was DELICIOUS!!! The man that fixed it was very careful to make my sandwich exactly the way I ordered it. He was reading from the receipt that they print out to make your sandwich. I love watching them make my sandwich. I got almost all the freebies on it. It was so big that I shared it with my husband, and it filled us up.
Vegetarian options: Don't forget the freebies😋❣️I love adding extra freebies!!
Parking: There is always parking available directly in front of the door. If you park there you can almost touch the door handle from your car😉.
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a sandwich, chips, & dessert?
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no button to press that opens. You would need to pull the handle. I'm sure anyone would open it for you to come in. The friendly staff may even come from behind the counter. You could probably even call and tell them that you are coming and that you will need someone to hold the door open for you because you are in a wheelchair. Once you get inside, you will find that there is plenty of room.“
“I love the food here at Jimmy John’s but I had an issue on 1-13-25 when I ordered my food on their app and how’s having it delivered because they were out of the bread and had no delivery person so they texted that to me. I called the store and the girl said they canceled my order which I don’t understand why they wouldn’t discuss it with me first to see if unwanted different bread & to pick it up . I spent $23.98 on that sub and she said the money would be back on my debit card within the hour. Today is 1/16-25 and I still haven’t received my money. I talked to my bank and they told me it wasn’t on the banks end and it’s still pending. That was all the money I had for food that night so I didn’t eat anything .“
“Freaky Fast, Freaky Good! Paying the same amount or more for a Subway sandwich makes 0 sense. Better bread, better meats, better store...Just better. Period.

“I got the 2 new pickle sandwiches. They were amazing and well put together. My only complaint is that they no longer have the yummy Jimmy's seeded mustard. That is the worst mistake they could have made. It was and still is the best mustard ever. That hurt my heart. Ik that some of that Jimmy's mustard on those pickle sandwiches would of been amazing. Will i go back honestly idk cause i always got their sandwiches because of that mustard and i would add extra to my sandwiches now im kind of like whats the point. The sandwiches are ok but that mustard made them great. I gave the food a 2. They were good but i really had my mouth set on eating them with the mustard.“
“The food is usually decent, but I wish you didn't have to tip before they deliver. I feel like when I order food, I shouldn't have to walk out to the delivery drivers car to get it, especially when I'm pre-tipping 30% and it cost me $17 for 1 sandwich after the tip and delivery fee...“
“Our experience was very different from the reviews below. Both employees were wonderful and kind. Very professional. Service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious. I will be ordering food from this location again. The employees even quickly helped someone who arrived to pick up food. They double checked the order before the customer left to ensure all items were in there. The establishment was also clean and tidy. I didn't go into the bathroom but the place itself was clean. Please go eat at the restaurant yourself and don't be swayed by the negative reviews. I hope my review helps. Keep up the good work guys! ?“
