Not only are they consistently providing for their customers and keeping clean, they’ve also provided us a restroom for breaks, water when it was hot and a helping hand with our booth on many occasions. (even the rainy days) We’re always appreciative of you guys!“

“I tried the wraps, and they were awesome!!!!! I tried the chicken jalapeño ranch, and it was great. Now, one thing that bothers me is that they offer a garlic wrap instead of a standard tortilla, but when using a third party to order, like UberEats or DoorDash, you don't get offered the option. So you pay for delivery, a higher price for the food, AND have to tip the driver just to get a smaller selection. That's bothersome. I did discover you can order delivery directly from their website where the cost is significantly lower. I enjoy the subs they sell as well, but the tomatoes are really cold for some bizarre reason. Like very noticeably chilled. I don't know if they freeze them or what, but it throws me off and blows my high.“
“Stopped to get a chk bac ranch this afternoon and it was great. I placed my order, went to set down to wait, pulled up my phone and like 3 seconds later it was already ready. Fresh, delicious and served to me with the best service. Can't say enough about this JJ location.“

“Great store! Everybody was friendly! Greeted us as we walked in. The cashier that took our order, I think her name was Mylee, was the sweetest thing ever! I have a lot of customizations and they made it perfectly. Everything was fresh. Store was clean. 10/10 reccomend and will be back!“
“All of us enjoyed our sandwiches. My wife enjoyed the Salami Caprese Wrap, and my son loved the Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Wrap. I ate the Italian Night Club sandwich on the French Bread. It is a very flavorful and delicious sandwich. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Parking: There is a small parking lot with a faue amount of spaces nearby and in front of Jimmy John's.“
“The Chicken Caesar Wrap was great and the chips were fresh. No napkins were placed in the bag even though I requested them. Also, I ordered off the direct Jimmy John’s website for delivery. They outsourced to Uber and it was a little confusing. All in all food was good and I would recommend if you need something quick.“
“Sam, Rj, and Shawn are all amazing. i had an issue with doordash and they were so kind to remake my food for free, they even gave us extra desserts for free, and engaged in friendly conversation! 10/10 experience i will definitely be coming back to this location.“

“I ordered 2 Italian clubs, 1 chocolate chip cookie, and 1 sprite. The order was delivered quickly but they forgot the cookie. So I called to tell them and within 10 minutes they delivered that single cookie right to my door! Excellent service and the sandwiches were delicious!“
“I understand that everyday isn’t perfect! But when you work in the food service industry, the word service should stand out. Far too many businesses in the industry have employees that have things going on outside of work that they carry behind the counter. Friendly, and enthusiastically ready to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! We can’t all get it right every time but it takes nothing to smile and try!!“
“I normally order on the app and pick up, but I didn’t order ahead this time. Service was friendly and quick. I get the beach club almost every time I go to Jimmy John’s and I am often disappointed by the lack of avocado spread. I didn’t order extra because they rarely add much to it. The sandwich I got from this location was really good but consistent with other stores in there wasn’t enough avocado on it.“
“Should never have a negative review. Sometimes I order online and whoever bags the order will throw in a packet of mayonnaise or mustard, which I find endearing because it’s like they’re throwing a touch of their personality and preference onto my order. And nobody usually expresses themself in this world, considering the general political climate and overall tension.“
“Like everywhere downtown, the restroom is locked and the staff must let you in. However, it is one of the cleanest. As a disabled person, you wouldn’t believe how important that is. The staff were very nice and helpful as well. Hunters club is the best. Now if only they would keep brown ground mustard in stock and Wi-Fi, then I would setup shop at the point.“

“I placed an online catering order for 30 and when I went into the store i realized that I had placed it for the following week by.mistake. The lovely lady told me it's no problem at all and she would prepare the food for me. It was actually lunchtime and the store was Soo busy and the staff were Soo Soo helpful and wonderful. Special shout-out to everyone there . Thank you all sooo much ..the most exceptional customer service...“
“The food is usually decent, but I wish you didn't have to tip before they deliver. I feel like when I order food, I shouldn't have to walk out to the delivery drivers car to get it, especially when I'm pre-tipping 30% and it cost me $17 for 1 sandwich after the tip and delivery fee...“
“I love the food here at Jimmy John’s but I had an issue on 1-13-25 when I ordered my food on their app and how’s having it delivered because they were out of the bread and had no delivery person so they texted that to me. I called the store and the girl said they canceled my order which I don’t understand why they wouldn’t discuss it with me first to see if unwanted different bread & to pick it up . I spent $23.98 on that sub and she said the money would be back on my debit card within the hour. Today is 1/16-25 and I still haven’t received my money. I talked to my bank and they told me it wasn’t on the banks end and it’s still pending. That was all the money I had for food that night so I didn’t eat anything .“
“I got the 2 new pickle sandwiches. They were amazing and well put together. My only complaint is that they no longer have the yummy Jimmy's seeded mustard. That is the worst mistake they could have made. It was and still is the best mustard ever. That hurt my heart. Ik that some of that Jimmy's mustard on those pickle sandwiches would of been amazing. Will i go back honestly idk cause i always got their sandwiches because of that mustard and i would add extra to my sandwiches now im kind of like whats the point. The sandwiches are ok but that mustard made them great. I gave the food a 2. They were good but i really had my mouth set on eating them with the mustard.“
