They're super nice, but their breads taste super stale compared to the other Jimmy John's near the area. This was my main JJ I used to go during lunch, but I would travel around to other areas and realized their bread was alot fresher compared to this location's.
Staff and drivers extremely rude. Placed an order for my partner before going into a meeting for work. Left specific delivery instructions. When getting out of my meeting, I called to check on the status of my order the employee was very rude and did not give me any chance to talk, let alone apologize for missing the call and verifying if I would be refunded.Additionally, they left a very rude and threatening voicemail about a gun. Welp I think I'm done getting tea from this location. I order from here at least once a week. Not sure if I will be from here on out. First swig of tea this ended up in my mouth. No clue what it is but definitely killed my appetite.Called to get my money back. "sorry there is nothing we can do, but we are going to deep clean our tea machine."
