“Very good place for cheap "Chinese" food. Consistency throughout the chain makes this a good and safe choice., although occasionally Kung Pao can be extremely spicy. Personally, adding hot oil instead of szechuan peppers would give greater control over the heat levels.“

“This is a great place to order sweet chicken. The only things I dont particularly care for are the rice and the noodles. The noodles are very very very dry. The rice is super super super dry too. Maybe I make rice different. IDK. I just know that they both taste like they are instant and not real. There is a huge difference between the rice they serve and the rice you get from other chinese restaurants. I gave 5 stars because they always have quick food and the chicken has a great flavor. But I wish theyd do something about the rice and noodles. Maybe switch to jasmine rice and put the required amount of water in before cooking.

I know that its probably more expensive to make good rice. The problem with cutting these types of corners is that everyone who eats it is going to not like it. It hurts your reputation and ultimately just adds to this idea that chinese people just make junk and cheap. But junk. So start making better food and products and it will elevate chinese made things.“

“This is a very busy location, but the team here keeps a cool head and get’s the job done. Two names stuck out to me because or their performance, Steph & Josh. Everyone had smiles on their faces and was very attentive to the customers needs. Balancing fun and work is key to a great atmosphere with low levels of stress. It makes the customers feel right at home.“

“I’ve only been to this Panda Express twice, but both times Honey was working hard and moving fast while still being friendly and efficient. She even gave me a sample of the beef, which was a nice touch.
Honey is such a unique name too! 😂 She always seems to have a good attitude, and sometimes something as simple as a smile from an employee can make your day a little better. Definitely wanted to give her some recognition because she works hard, moves quickly, and still takes the time to be kind to customers. Great service!“

“I go here frequently and today my order accidentally got switched so I went back to correct it and the staff were so kind and even gave me a drink for the trouble. Everyone in here is always so nice and I hope someone within the company sees this comment and knows how kind the employees are here!“

“Came in on Mother’s Day & it was absolutely slammed. I watched a little Asian lady take the orders of a heavy line of people, never asked for tips, never complained, had a good attitude and kept up with the heavy flow of people. It was incredibly impressive. Fantastic customer service. I’ve definitely been thinking about her attitude all this week and how if she can do that I can go about my day with a better attitude. Oh & for two people with drinks & food we found it to be more affordable than McDonalds. Well done!“

“As a college student, I appreciate the generosity of the workers there to cater towards my requests and give me my dollars worth of food! As soon as you step into the place, you are greeted warmly by the workers. Studying business and hospitality, it's evident that Hong, the manager there, truly holds her staff and store to a standard. The staff engage with you, the vicinity is always clean, and customers enjoy their time there. I can't name a single terrible experience I've had at this location. My greatest piece of advice is to disregard what others have said and go to this location next time you're craving a filling and satisfying meal!“

“Food was made well, but the staffs patience was top notch.

While the line was moving slow, it wasnt for lack of service but rather some obnoxious customers who's behavior was beyond rude and inconsiderate.

The type of people you occasionally cross paths with and question whether societies doing well.
