About Panda Express

Panda Express has had mixed experiences. Some customers were disappointed with their meals, finding them overpriced and lacking in protein, with dishes like Grilled Chicken being particularly subpar. However, others had a positive experience with deals like T-Mobile Tuesday, enjoying their meals at a great value. Overall, Panda Express seems to be inconsistent in their quality. Recent reviews highlight some of the best dishes like Honey Walnut Shrimp with LoMein, which many customers love for its flavor and speed of service. The location on South Port Rd is praised for being nice and fast. Customers also appreciate the kid-friendly environment and easy wheelchair accessibility with wide doors. Staff are often seen as considerate, with one customer sharing a story of an employee opening the door and helping them despite physical challenges. On the other hand, some reviews mention a decline in food quality over time, noting that some dishes are overcooked or lack flavor, such as the Chicken Egg Roll. Service can be inconsistent, with reports of missing drinks like diet Coke and tea, and a focus seemingly on drive-thru and call-ahead orders rather than dine-in service. Despite these issues, many still find the restaurant a decent option for quick, hot meals.
