Papa John's in Indianapolis

“Whenever I've ordered a carryout order from this location (106th/College), they always have it ready on time or early, which is a huge plus for me! It's always the perfect temperature and I've never had an order made incorrectly here!“

“I eat at the Papa Johns on Ditch Rd. often. I order Pineapple Pepperoni Pizza with extra pepperoncinis. I also deliver door dash for this Papa Johns too when I need extra money. The establishment is always clean. They always get the order right. They are always fast, they don't make me wait, and the most important thing is, the food is always delicious. They put the right amount of toppings on the pizza. I've been on a pizza eating binge lately, eating pizza every day, or every other day, and this is where I buy my pizza.“

“Papa John's, although not pizza hut or domino's has the type of pizza you crave when you need savory and sweet. The sweet sauce combined with the bread cheese and toppings does a great pizza make. I love bone in baked chicken wings so what ever you preference let it be known. Papa John's is there to serve you.“

“Order pizza at 6, pick up was ready at 6:32, there was a mix up that cause one of my pizzas to go missing, and I didn't get it until 7:20, while I waited in store. There was no offer to make it right, discount, refund, or free drink. There was a sincere apology. Great food, terrible, one-off experience.

Update: I have returned twice, and they have made it right since. Once again, food is always excellent.“

“I placed my order online and I got to the restaurant a little bit early and my food was still cooking. There was an associate there named Kirsten. It seemed like she was by herself. She had a big smile and was so friendly. I let her know I was going to wait in my car until the pizza was ready. About 5 minutes later I looked over and she was standing at my car window with my order. I didn't even have to go back in the restaurant. I thought that was really nice of her. 100% will go back to that location. I just moved to a new neighborhood and haven't gone to this location but one other time. Kirsten made my experience a positive one. My medium pizza and breadsticks were cooked to perfection.“

“I'm giving a rating for the location I went 2 on the West side. I would not give this rating 2 all Papa John's, as I have had bad pizza from other locations. The west side location staff was friendly, they cared about my order being right and the pizza was delicious. “

“Walked in and was instantly greeted by Spencer even though he was busy he took the time to acknowledge we were waiting. Then Rick came to the counter as soon as he was done helping another customer. Instantly gave us our food with a fun attempt at pronouncing our last name.
Food looked amazing as soon as we opened the boxes, and tasted even better.
10:/10 recommend this location for great service and pizza.

“I was quite disappointed when I made my order and my points did not get applied, despite my selection to do so, via the app. However, the food arrived shockingly fast and the driver was extremely courteous and had a very positive attitude, a rarity for Indianapolis. If there was a way to have my order corrected and my points applied to the purchase, I would ask that the $20 I paid go to the driver for the exceptional service.I would also like to make the recommendation for adjusting the tip amount after the period of delivery as the standard tip I gave was given under the expectation of a standard delivery and I would have liked the option to update the amount according.“

“Pizza was great unlike Shelbyville where we always seem to be shorted toppings. The staff not so good. Kid tells me you cant park there, i wasnt blocking anything, i say can i just get my order real quick, i was looking dead at it (in and out in less than a minute if he didnt have a mouth), he goes back to grab it, only 2 orders there, takes long enough for me to have to point out to him which order was mine, he says it it wasnt going anywhere, like duh i knew it was going anywhere and bit my tongue to be as smart back to tell him i was just making sure he knew how to read. Would have used the window if i knew it was operational and wouldnt have to wait 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me at it. Perhaps if the first twl spots in the parking lot along with the closest 10 other werent being occupied by delivery vehicles there would have been plenty of parking. I think that quality seal is supposed to go somewhere on thd box to keep it from opening, if you want to be cheap and use other stickers to place your wasted trees on coupons that are part of online deals and rarely get used then why not one of the ones that has my order information?“

“I’m a Door Dasher. Valentine’s Day 2025 was an extremely busy day for this store. I picked up double orders multiple times from 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and their service! I’ve honestly never been so impressed by a pizza place’s professional and helpfulness! I never had to wait, neither did the other Dashers. They were on top of everything consistently. I never received a complaint from any customers that night. Keep up the excellent work ethics! The 2 young men at the registers were awesome! The cooks were on top of everything! Best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to!“

“We ordered delivery last night for dinner with a requested specific delivery time. The order was on-time, correct, hot and delicious! We haven't had Papa John's in 20 yrs but really enjoyed all the dipping sauces, bread sticks and pizza. Definitely ordering from these folks again!“
