“Very pleased how delicious our order was! We have had more than a few pizza fails lately but this was
Baked perfectly, toppings were fresh!
We ordered 2 of the cheese stuffed crust with various toppings.
Was Delivered very fast.
Still So surprised how good our pizza's were kudos to the E. Washington street Indianapolis store....“

“Order pizza at 6, pick up was ready at 6:32, there was a mix up that cause one of my pizzas to go missing, and I didn't get it until 7:20, while I waited in store. There was no offer to make it right, discount, refund, or free drink. There was a sincere apology. Great food, terrible, one-off experience.

Update: I have returned twice, and they have made it right since. Once again, food is always excellent.“

“I eat at the Papa Johns on Ditch Rd. often. I order Pineapple Pepperoni Pizza with extra pepperoncinis. I also deliver door dash for this Papa Johns too when I need extra money. The establishment is always clean. They always get the order right. They are always fast, they don't make me wait, and the most important thing is, the food is always delicious. They put the right amount of toppings on the pizza. I've been on a pizza eating binge lately, eating pizza every day, or every other day, and this is where I buy my pizza.“

“Service is good. The staff looks over worked. If they had less stress on them, maybe more training or preparation for the busy hours the rating would definitely go up.Kids are doing the best they can trying to bust their butts to get pizzas out as fast as they can.It’s easy to find flaws in things but when’s the last time you gave someone in the customer service industry a compliment? “The young lady was pleasant ☺️ but I would say I don’t understand when food places stop using gloves when preparing food. Touching phones, screens, keyboards and everything and you then place your hand in the cheese to sprinkle it on the pizza is a little yucky to me.“

To ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience, I suggest the following ratios for dipping sauce:

General Ratio: A 2:1 ratio of dipping sauce per 3 slices of pizza. This is based on the observation that one container of dipping sauce typically lasts for about 3 slices when used conservatively.
Specific Suggestions:
Small Pizza: Provide 3-4 containers of sauce for 6 slices.
Medium & Large Pizza: Provide 5 containers of sauce for 8 slices.
Extra Large (XL) Pizza: Provide 6-7 containers of sauce for 10 slices.
This adjustment would help ensure that customers have enough sauce for their pizza, enhancing the overall dining experience, particularly for parties or shared meals.

“So, I placed my order online and picked it up on time, I asked for a square cut. I've learned to look at my order before I leave the store. I realized that they tried to correct their mistake by cutting over the triangles into squares. I asked for a new pizza to be made and that I would be back to pick it up. This time I realized the crust was not garlic parmesan, so once again, they remade the pizza. I'm certain they are not paying attention to instructions. However, within 10 to 12 minutes, they had a fresh pizza, and they gave me the other pizza as well. I appreciate their efforts to make a wrong right!“

“This is probably one of the fastest, most professional pizza places in the area. The front staff are polite, courteous, and prompt. They don’t ignore you after you make eye contact and they typically have your order ready at the right time. The pizza is always on point but the service is what makes me recommend to others. “We ordered: medium cheese pizza, medium pepperoni and sausage pizza, chocolate brownie, cinnamon pull aparts, and traditional buffalo wings well done for delivery.

There was an issue with the pepperoni and sausage pizza. I contacted the store and was told to bring it in for further assistance. Upon arrival, the associate knew what caused the issue on the pizza and offered to refund or remake. I chose to have it remade. It came out perfectly.

Even with it being a pretty busy Friday night, all of the associates that I interacted with over the phone as well as in the store, provided outstanding customer service! They were friendly and understanding. I also liked that this location had enough staff on duty to handle the incoming orders. Thank you for making this pregnant Woman’s night!“

“I'm giving a rating for the location I went 2 on the West side. I would not give this rating 2 all Papa John's, as I have had bad pizza from other locations. The west side location staff was friendly, they cared about my order being right and the pizza was delicious. “

“Ordered pizza and breadsticks and paid extra for extra sauces. Got the order with zero sauces and called and spoke with Bailey on the phone. She completely satisfied me by offering to send a driver back to deliver them or a refund. “Pizza was great unlike Shelbyville where we always seem to be shorted toppings. The staff not so good. Kid tells me you cant park there, i wasnt blocking anything, i say can i just get my order real quick, i was looking dead at it (in and out in less than a minute if he didnt have a mouth), he goes back to grab it, only 2 orders there, takes long enough for me to have to point out to him which order was mine, he says it it wasnt going anywhere, like duh i knew it was going anywhere and bit my tongue to be as smart back to tell him i was just making sure he knew how to read. Would have used the window if i knew it was operational and wouldnt have to wait 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me at it. Perhaps if the first twl spots in the parking lot along with the closest 10 other werent being occupied by delivery vehicles there would have been plenty of parking. I think that quality seal is supposed to go somewhere on thd box to keep it from opening, if you want to be cheap and use other stickers to place your wasted trees on coupons that are part of online deals and rarely get used then why not one of the ones that has my order information?“

“I was quite disappointed when I made my order and my points did not get applied, despite my selection to do so, via the app. However, the food arrived shockingly fast and the driver was extremely courteous and had a very positive attitude, a rarity for Indianapolis. If there was a way to have my order corrected and my points applied to the purchase, I would ask that the $20 I paid go to the driver for the exceptional service.I would also like to make the recommendation for adjusting the tip amount after the period of delivery as the standard tip I gave was given under the expectation of a standard delivery and I would have liked the option to update the amount according.“

“I've ordered from this location a few times in the last month or so. They've been consistent with the product and service. I always order online and it's easy to navigate.
