“after my experience at the other Emerson Pizza Hut, this was like a 5 star quality restaurant. The manager was super nice and understanding when there was a mishap and we will be coming back also the vibe here is immaculate, very homey and very warm“

“So DoorDash picked up the wrong order so DoorDash got are pizza wrong so we called Pizza Hut and they were super nice and kind. They got our order fixed and Daniel the manager got his cook to bring it for us. Nice fresh and hot. This service is the best. They also gave us extra breadsticks. This crew is amazing. “The lady working with colored hair is fantastic. She even opens the box to show you product ordered. Nobody opens the box as should so in my mind she goes above and beyond. She made my first Pizza Hut experience in Southport Indiana after my move. Clean place also!“

“I went to this location to get pizza to feed the Homeless in this cold night and I told the cashier at the drive thru window I needed plates an Napkins because I was feeding the homeless they told me about wings an fries they sat out for the homeless to get an told me I could grab those too I want to thank you guys so much you guys where a blessing and I am glad that I could be a blessing to the community too“

“I placed an order through the app and got it for delivery. The delivery was done through a door dash driver, which is okay because lots of pizza places are doing that now. My dasher forgot to grab my wings off the counter when he got the rest of my food. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was friendly and she made us a fresh order and sent it out through door dash. I was happy they were able to make it right. The food was also nice and hot when it got to us.“

“So we already knew it was probably going to be a busy night to order pizza on the night after Thanksgiving, and at first that's exactly how it was going when our pizza went missing! Needless to say after all the shenanigans Preston saved the day. I don't usually make a point to write reviews, but your employee deserves every bit of this. “Please don’t order from this location. This is the second time we order this week! They burnt all of our pizzas and completely burnt the cinnamon rules! I called and left my phone number and nobody will call me back! Iv called 10 now and I was not able to talk to one manager or one employee in the store! It goes straight to a call center telling you there’s nothing they can do and they will transfer you to the store! But, the store don’t answer the phone and the phone just hangs up! Most horrible experience. Ever! We refuse to eat at from this location!“

“Speaking strictly as someone who only gets carryout from this location, I have not had any serious issues with my orders thus far. I vaguely recall once a topping on a pizza was missed, but that's it. The vast majority of the time, my orders come out as expected and on time.“
