Was craving beef tartare and it ended up being so good, I just didn't like the bread it came with, It tasted like it was fried it so much oil. My friend ordered salad and she loved it. We also got fries for the table
Duck cassoulet was very dry. The eater said it should be more saucy or soupy and all the moisture had absorbed before it hit the table so it was more mushy. The rest was great (pasta special, chicken, and beef bourignon).
Enjoyed dining here several times. The food is exceptional, as was the service by Jacob, Daniel, and the entire team. A hidden gem that more should discover.

Serliana is a restaurant located on the second floor of a hotel. It has great ambience, fantastic decor, and amazing staff and service. The food is solid and truly great. Reviewers mention the beef tartare, salad, fries, pasta special, chicken, beef bourignon, duck cassoulet, beignets, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and coffee. The duck cassoulet was very dry and mushy, and the bread with the beef tartare tasted like it was fried in too much oil. The biscuit part of the biscuits and gravy was the only let down. The beignets are delish and filling and the best some reviewers have ever had. The cocktail menu is really awesome, with “The Whole Melon” described as creative, innovative, and delicious, and the espresso martini also a favorite. The ambience is fantastic and the decor is perfection. Service is attentive, chill, pleasant, and fantastic. Everyone from entering the hotel to the staff was super friendly. Reviewers would happily eat here again and would definitely recommend it.
