Starbucks is a popular spot for people passing through or working nearby. The staff are generally friendly, but during busy hours, they may seem understaffed and rushed. One employee, Scott, provided excellent service by remembering a customer's usual order. Customers often enjoy the little messages left on the cups, which bring smiles. The location is never very crowded and offers plenty of room and seating choices, making it a good place to meet friends or get work done. The patio is also a nice option for relaxing. While sometimes food can arrive cold or drinks may take longer if staff are talking or playing around, overall, the service is consistent and the experience is similar to other Starbucks locations.
