We went there for our first time this past weekend, and will likely never return. Poor excuse for service! Servers were not professional in the least bit, my cup sat empty 2 separate occasions for over 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes for ketchup. My first drink was root beer brought and poured warm into a warm glass. This place has been recommended by several people but man, they didn’t live up to ANY of the hype.
