Decaf Honduras Marcala is great! Really glad to find a roaster with a solid, recently roasted decaf option. I love espresso so much that I travel with my Decent, but I can only drink decaf. I forgot my beans on a business trip, and I’m happy I found Tinker! When brewing these beans I kept it simple with a flat 9 bar profile, 7s preinfusion, 2:1 ratio, and an extra gram in an 18 gram portafilter. Came across this lovely tasting piece of nature at an art fair and scooped up a bag. I chose the caramel because I know I like that flavor even if I don't like the product, but I was not disappointed. This rich robust coffee now starts my day every day. Wonderful tasting and reasonable priced! Thank you Tinker Coffee!!

I had a cup of Tinker dark roast coffee at the Indianapolis International Airport yesterday. Admittedly, I am a coffee snob. I've had coffee from all over the world including Brazil which is hard to equal. The cup of Tinker dark roast I had yesterday was one of the best cup's of coffee I've ever had. Thank you!
