First of all, they answered the phone which rarely happens in restaurants anymore. They were very helpful and took care of my order over the phone. We had the meatballs and burrata. Both great! Meatballs came quickly and there was plenty yo share! Bread with the burrata was delicious! “Their pizza is almost always very good. This time we had an issue picking up our pre-paid carry-out order. The crew at the counter couldn't find my name in their computer system. It's "Geoff". Even after telling them it was "two small pizzas, to be ready at 6:20", they said they didn't have the order. Finally, one of them looked on their rack for carry out orders. The ONLY pizzas sitting on the rack were for "Geoff".“

Spent $38 for pickup thru Doordash, after arriving home we found no garlic bread after adding a full order for an upcharge. Received a half slice of tiramisu, pic included missing one bite. Chicken parmesan was simply baked chicken with pasta, scant parmesan and little sauce. Salad was big and tasty. Overall disappointing.“
