“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

“I had a great time at Bambi Bar. My server Bella was very attentive, she kept my drink full and got my food out fast even though they were very busy. Had the fish awhile back and Sliders tonight and the food was amazing. I have to tell you the staff we met on these two trips made our experience even better. Our 1st time in we met I believe her name was Rose, and she was fantastic, not only took our orders but actually took the time to chat as well, this young Lady was amazing. Tonight we met Audrey ?? Amazing Young Lady, and we developed a drink we both loved, Blackberry Jack Daniels and Lemonade. She was a delight. Then we met the twin Sisters, Aubrey and Amy. Again, the service and conversation and laughs were amazing. Absolutely worth the drive from Highview, definitely will not be our last trips out to the Tavern l. Also a big shout out to Tyler who picked up our tab tonight, wasn't necessary but appreciated. Just wanted to let ya'll know what a wonderful place and staff ya'll have. We will see ya soon.“

“Okay guys, I have to let you know about this place. It is fantastic. The atmosphere is really laid-back and cool. All the games they have, the pool table, video games, dart boards, board games at the tables for you, are all free as long as you're there spending money on food or drinks. The food was amazing, and the staff incredibly friendly.
Stop in, spend a little money, spend a lot of money, play a few games, meet some friends, and have a wonderful time. You'll enjoy it, you got my word on that.“

“The Earl is one of those rare places that hits the sweet spot between dive bar and craft beer hangout, without trying too hard. In the middle of downtown New Albany, it’s got a industrial interior with brick walls, rough hardwood floors, and exposed beams, that still manages to feel warm and personal, im sure helped by the Bill Murray mural and fridge shrine dedicated to him. It’s weird, it’s charming, and it totally works.

Their rotating lineup of local and regional craft beers is always on point. You’ll find something familiar like Country Boy, but also a few wildcards you’ve never seen before. It’s perfect for after work or a laid-back late night drink.

On a personal note, this is where I first told my girlfriend, now wife, that I was falling in love with her. So yeah, for all the cool beers and eccentric charm, and even Bill Murray, I can personally attest that The Earl is also the kind of place where memories are made and actually stick. Can’t recommend it enough!“

“We were looking for a tasty fish sandwich...and boy we found one! The fish is beer battered and twice as big as the bun! So hot and crunchy and delicious! Good selection of beers, they said they are starting karaoke night on Saturdays at 8pm, and have outdoor cornhole tournaments on Fridays. Seems like this is a fun place to be!

“I live very close to here and my kids like to go over just to run around.. there is tons of open space and seating on the covered patio n outside area. I have eaten at Jeffs doughnuts, Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers (I haven't eaten here since Bunz has moved to this location but Im quite sure its the same delicious food) and all 3 are super delicious. Jeffs doughnuts is kinda pricey.. for a doughnut i mean and Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers has very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. It’s somewhat lively and loud, but for those who prefer a calmer, more private space, there is a separate, cozy section at the end of the bar featuring a small desk where you can comfortably order drinks and food. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and welcoming. We visited specifically to watch a football match, and it was an excellent experience. The venue is equipped with multiple large screens, making it one of the best spots to relax and hang out with friends while enjoying the game.“

“The server was most likely the owner. She was very friendly and let us know that all the hot meals are made by her from scratch. She cooks the roast for the beef Manhattan, house made chicken and dumplings, huge salads, club sandwich is more than you can eat. Most meals are under 10.00 and the tea is 1.40. Every thing was very good and I will go back.“

“We just came in from Minnesota, Toya was our bartender. She was amazing!! Friendly, fun, energetic and fun. I asked her if she had a specialty shot we could try and she enthusiastically said “yes”! She made us a “snow cone shot”. It was AMAZING!!!! Super yummy and delicious. I told her she should call it “The Toya Snow Cone Shot”. Very fun atmosphere with good people. Highly recommend.“

“Great place to party. Drinks are strong(so I'm told), and there's a smoking area out back. Food is good mostly. Karaoke on Tuesday and Thursday. Grill in back on weekends (very good).

“upon entry 2 staff members behind the bar and a female staff member at the entry to kitchen behind a wall chatting it up on her phone. People were observed leaving due to no service. after 10 minutes I asked for a bar towel to clean a table so my party and I could sit down. food was mediocre at best and our pretzel bites allegedly weren't even written down. we did get the pretzel bites after our meals were served and someone please tell me why the hell we couldn't get a rootbeer served when it's on the menu?! guy said he couldn't serve it where we were sitting. Not sure any of them had a bit of ambition as they were very snail like. 🙄 I encourage you to keep walking, don't let the loud music lure you in!“
