“I haven’t eaten at Applebees in like 15 yrs! The food was surprisingly very good. I got a breaded chicken sandwich and fries. Tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. Small portion of fries, but the sandwich was filling. Was a bit busy when I first arrived, so service was very slow. The waiter and staff were friendly and nice. I think I might actually come back!“

“this place is amazing! super nice people, and the food was delicious. i got “the don” panini and my bread was perfectly toasted. it came with chips as well and for $9.95, it was definitely worth the price. you can 100% tell they use quality ingredients and truly care about their products. we went on a saturday at about noon and it wasn’t too busy at all. i can’t believe i hadn’t tried it sooner!“

“Stopped for breakfast this morning with our kids/grandkids. Stood by the door for 10 minutes waiting for 1 of the 4 waitresses to seat us. Several empty tables but not once did anyone try to communicate or even say "hello"? Finally asked one of them if we should seat ourselves and she acted rude and didn't really answer what we were suppose to do? We left.... Thank God Kendallville and Lagrange are close by with restaurants that know how to treat customers.“

Food and service was excellent. This was more like how the food tasted at one time. Great job. We will now be going back.“

“Stopped by Coody Browns on the last night in town for Memorial Day. I loved the lake location and patio, feeding the fish is always fun. I unfortunately can’t remember our waitress’ name but she was an amazing server and made the night! Food was delicious and affordable and came out quick. Overall a great pick if you’re in the area!“
