McDonald's in Kokomo

“Stopped by the newly remodeled McDonald’s on Alto Road in Kokomo, and while the modern update looks nice, it’s not really my style. They removed the drinking fountains, which still feels inconvenient, and there’s definitely less human interaction now, making it harder to ask quick questions. The parking lot is plentiful and set up as a one-way flow, which actually makes it pretty efficient to get in and out. The drive-thru line moved quickly, and the restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. I was able to order, use a coupon, get my food, eat, and leave without any hassle. It did the main job. The new setup just isn’t my preference, but the restaurant itself operated smoothly. Overall, functional and efficient, even if the remodel takes away some of the classic conveniences.

“I’ve been through the drive thru at this McDonalds for their new $5 meal deal twice this week. Both times I arrived around noon and they were crazy-busy; maybe because the McDonalds store a mile from them is currently closed for rebuilding. On both visits this week I expected to wait a long time because the line of cars was so long. I was tempted to go somewhere else. Both times I was glad I stayed in line. The drive thru moved along quickly. The service was friendly and professional. And the food was fresh and tasty. They have some McRockstars on their team!“

“This is the only McDonald’s in Kokomo I only go too they never mess up my orders and always have a quick drive through! Today on the way home we stopped here to get my puppy a water cup because of the heat advisory and the drive through guy offered us a pup cup and I said no thank you and when we pulled up I told him I appreciate his offer but our puppy’s tummy can’t handle ice cream and he asked if he can give her chicken nuggets instead!! Such a kind atmosphere and service I love this McDonalds great drive through guy!!“

“Sounds crazy, but I think I’ve been to the Sycamore McDonald’s everyday since around this time of year in 2024. Maybe sometimes two times a day. I usually just get a drink and work on my projects. I sometimes joke I’m McD’s corporate in disguise! 👁️ 😂 This McDs knows me. It feels good to be seen and appreciated. Thank you McDonalds on Sycamore! 😎🥤“

“Except for one time, this place always has my correct order ready to go. The one time, I didn't realize til I got home but I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often, given they're always busy. Staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I'm waiting on my order right now as a matter of fact and I think I may have gone to the wrong window.“
