Plentiful portions, delicious and flavorful food, all for a very fair price. Lower in price than many competitors, more bang for the same buck. Will return.
The burbon chicken is dry and flavorless. Not how it used to be with Nori- at all. But the fried rice was very good.
I’ve been to tons of Japanese and Chinese restaurants this is hands down the best around Lafayette and of all places inside the mall, I call it the hidden gem! Honey pepper chicken is out of this world!

EA Teryaki is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant that many reviewers describe as the best around Lafayette and a hidden gem inside the mall. The honey pepper chicken is called out as out of this world. The food is always fresh, hot, juicy, and full of flavor, and the flavor pops in your mouth with every bite. Portions are generous, and the food is consistently good, well-cooked, and definitely not soggy or undercooked. The chicken teriyaki with fried rice and extra chicken is a usual order, and the gyoza, fried bananas, spring rolls, and egg roll are also mentioned as delicious, fresh, and worth the price. The egg roll is said to come close to an explosion of flavor in every bite. There is a combo meal where you can pick what you want, and it is affordable, filling, and tasty. For about $25, you get a full, satisfying meal. The staff is welcoming, respectful, nice, and eager to help, and the woman serving the food is attentive and quick to help, greets you, and suggests different options if you are unsure. The cashier is polite and efficient, and the cook does a great job. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, the staff wore gloves, and the tables looked very clean. Weekends can get busy, but on weekdays the service is pretty quick and smooth.
