“This restaurant was a 10/10. We had the rare chance to enjoy a date night, and we had the most amazing time. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was superb. We’re visiting South Bend this week, and it’s Restaurant Week—so we opted for the blind tasting menu.

We were hesitant at first since we usually like to know what we’re going to eat, but we’re so glad we kept the reservation and went. Their wine list is also spectacular. We had the La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904 (2015), which was absolutely delicious; we recommend having it decanted about 40 minutes before drinking. We also had a couple of burnt honey rye Old Fashioneds, which were fantastic.“

“I was very impressed with every staff member I interacted with. First I called and talked to a very sweet lady on the phone and put me thru with the security on detail. That gentleman was very polite also. Going in I briefly talked to the young man that was at the front of house. He was very gracious. I apologized for walking the wrong way thru explaining it was my first visit. He welcomed me and answered my questions and directed me to where I needed to go. After using the bathroom that was impeccably clean, I went to grab a bite and the two young ladies behind the counter were polite and friendly. With a smile they gave me suggestions and helped me put my order in with them. Again, everything was so clean. I've been to a few casinos, most of them have a fake smell to them covering stained carpets. This place smelled (for lack of a better example) brand new. Even the take out container looked like it was made of sturdy paper/ cardboard and I think the straws were paper ones also!

“The flavor of the food here is consistently phenomenal. It's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu, but I'd recommend the PB&J smash burger and the Banger fries. The Redhawk and Maryland fries are standouts as well. Keep an eye on the weekly signature smash burger too (the Philly burger changed my life). The wings I've had once, but only because the burgers and I have such a good thing going on right now. The sauces were great (the BBQ has a nice rich sweet flavor), and the quality of the chicken was top tier. The staff are super welcoming and accommodating as well, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing.“

“Went for dinner with friends. Is cute, very clean, and staff are polite and prompt with service. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed. Had the fish dinner which was crisp and flaky without being greasy. The breading was light and seasoned well. I am not much of a fish eater, but would definently not hesitate to order this again. The Chicken Pot Pie soup was incredible. No need to add any additional salt to anything. Our party will definitely go back to try some other dishes.“

“This a true "mom & pop" diner but let me tell you it was GREAT food !!!!! I had a chorizo and eggs traditional Mexican breakfast tasted just like homemade what I make. 10 Stars for that. Mexican rice was good too. My son had crepes and liked it too. Our waitress was really friendly and kept coming to check on us...never had to once ask for a refill on coffee or Cokes. I highly recommend, just know this is just a small little dinner nothing fancy but I'll be back because I loved the food. Only open til 2 FYI.“

“Except from the bartenders being a little too rude for no reason sometimes, That Place Bar is a very beautiful environment. Just make sure you have your ID always even if you’re feeling like a regular, cause you might not know which side of bed the bartenders woke up from that day lol. Love the pool tournaments they host Fridays through Sundays, it’s always fun and entertaining. Not to mention the karaoke on Fridays too, overall you won’t be disappointed.“
