“Omg theres this one blonde chick there with a slightly oversize smile almost looks like Cameron Diaz a little I mean she is in my dreams now doing cameos every night while I'm zooming down a wet noodle Rollercoaster of apple sauce exhilarated and fake scared while flashes go off rapid-fire then the ride stops we get off me and my wife and lo and behold shes the one in the photo booth trying to sell me the pic. “April 13th, 2026 Another Update: The new manager, I believe he's the new GM there, Charles, is great. He goes out of his way to take care of customers properly. I haven't had anything since he's been there except the stuffed crust pizzas but he's been doing a great job on those for sure! Updated the star rating accordingly.

Update: credit to management for at least replying to the original review, shown below. Now for an update: I didn't wait a couple of months. They started advertising a new pan pizza. Sounded good, looked good, Detroit style, I'm in. So I ordered a couple. I'm uploading one picture. The sauce was applied to both pizzas the exact same way. It's not that hard. A real small line near the edge of the tray? Seriously? Then a couple of days later - because I had a birthday reward for a free cinnamon wheel -I go ahead and order a papa's picks four cheese pizza on original dough. You would have thought I ordered a thin crust pizza, and very poorly prepared at that. This is a perfect example of the dough management and product preparation I complained about in the original, recent review. Hopefully somebody there will see this and train the employees to ensure quality products being prepared at this location. Feel free to contact me, you kind of owe me a pizza based on recent experiences I would say, to be fair. At any rate, pictures to follow.

Until this location improves their dough management, I won't be back. I guess it'll be a hit and miss thing but I'm going to give it a couple of months I guess. The last couple of times the dough either on the pizza or the cheesy bread or both has been very much substandard. Like it was old or something.

It's a shame. Used to be such a great product. Staff has been fine in terms of friendliness. It's product quality that's been the problem.

To top it off, management doesn't even seem to pay attention to these reviews. I can't imagine ignoring feedback from customers in managing a business.“

“We were there today, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 had a great server, Heidi! She made great recommendations and we decided to get the extra large obviously we could not eat it all and took some with us, but it was fabulous so many things included on that one! I cannot name them all we loved it! Highly recommended you give them a try and ask for a young lady server by the name of Heidi!“

“Let's be realistic people. This is a gas station. The atmosphere is a gas station. The staff is friendly, however, this being a new store they seem to have a lot of issues with the equipment in the store. Store. They had the door voltage shut for quite some time because it literally fell off the hinges. HVAC went down, the pizza ovens went down, the fountain drink machines went down. I love the store. The store I still stop there all the time and I get pizza from them because they have good pizza.“

“We stopped at this location on our way home to Lexington KY from Kansas. This was the first time we have eaten at this location but we stop at Bearno's almost every time we visit Louisville. We always order the Super Mama Bearno's special and take it home and eat it for a few days. The pizza at this location was THE BEST one we have ever had! “This was our first time ordering from Marco’s. The food was great only one minor detail. We ordered a large half-and-half, deluxe, and meat lovers. The deluxe was cooked before they put the vegetables on so the veggies were raw. Other than that, the spicy pepperoni was delicious and the jalapeño cheese bread was delicious.“
