“Was looking forward to eating here. The atmosphere was great, but the food was ok. For the price, I expected the food to be amazing. I got the pulled pork Mac and cheese. There was hardly any meat in it and the Mac and cheese was meh. I feel it is very over priced for the quantity. Probably won't return.“

“We had the most wonderful evening at Cortonas! Our party of four each ordered a different dish, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and wonderful from start to finish. We enjoyed a bottle of wine from Cortona, which was the perfect complement to our dinner. To finish the night, we shared the lemon cello mascarpone cake and enjoyed a few lemon cello shots—such a delicious and fun ending to an already perfect evening! Great food, wonderful service, amazing wine, and the perfect atmosphere. We can't wait to come back to Cortonas! The owner even came by to check on us!“

“We just left Goodfellas and we had the BEST experience. Rylan was the sweetest person that has ever served me. The food was delicious. “Amazing food! Usually get the Red Bean Rice and Sausage, unless they have their Jumbalaya on the menu! The bread is insane, so ask for extra! Small place but has outdoor seating in the common area. Service is fairly quick and staff is friendly enough. Their to-go forks are a little flimsy so keep that in mind if you're not taking it home.“

“Their pizza is almost always very good. This time we had an issue picking up our pre-paid carry-out order. The crew at the counter couldn't find my name in their computer system. It's "Geoff". Even after telling them it was "two small pizzas, to be ready at 6:20", they said they didn't have the order. Finally, one of them looked on their rack for carry out orders. The ONLY pizzas sitting on the rack were for "Geoff".“

“This food is so so good top tier food especially the butter biscuits omggggg!! But even better the people are good hearted individuals I thank God he made Jordan my server cause we had some deep conversations and he really touched my heart with what I'm going through I couldn't thank him more for providing me with his service and love I recommend this restaurant everyday of the week if Jordan is going to be my server please ask for him when you come here youll thank me later !! 10/10“

“Pax Verum has AMAZING beer! Issac is the best bartender we have ever had the pleasure of being served by. No questions asked. Jason has been so good to our band, and everyone from Pax has been great supporters. They spin great tunes all the time. It is always a good time.“
