“Update edit; Here’s a rewritten version of the 5 star review I had posted previously due to today's experience. I have been coming to this location for years and have usually had a positive experience. However, today was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and condescension from the staff member helping me. She seemed irritated from the start, repeatedly asking me to repeat myself even though I was speaking clearly and asking reasonable questions about the menu.

Unfortunately, instead of answering my questions, she became visibly frustrated. As a result, I placed an order for a pizza expecting a deep dish or pan style, but later learned—after receiving my order—that those options weren’t available with the size I selected. That’s something I tried to clarify when ordering, but she wouldn’t explain.

When I asked for a remake of the pizza, she put in the request but then attempted to charge me again. I had already paid nearly $30 for a pizza I didn’t want, and was shocked to be asked to pay another $20 for a second one when the issue could’ve been avoided with better communication up front.

To make matters worse, I was sitting in the dining room and was never informed when the pizza was ready. By the time I realized it and walked up, it had been sitting there so long it was barely warm and had gone soggy.

When I asked to speak to a manager, she curtly told me she was the manager. I then asked for the owner’s contact information and was refused.

Because I’ve had many good experiences here over the years, I’m not going to tell people to stop going. But I will say this: be sure to ask questions about the menu, double-check that your order is clearly understood, and wait up front for your food—because it likely won’t be brought to your table or announced.

I still enjoy the pizza when it’s hot and fresh, but the customer service today was unacceptable. I've never been so upset and disappointed before. I hope the staff, especially those in management roles, receive proper training. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with the public, they probably shouldn’t be in customer service.

“My best friend and I went here today, and honestly it was an awesome time. The iced coffee I ordered was delicious, I loved all of the little cat inspired knick knacks and things you can buy. Our appointment felt like it flew by, but it was so fun getting to play with/pet all the kitties. Met an orange one that I wish I could’ve taken home with me but sadly I’m not allowed to bring anymore home 🤣😅. The employees were super nice and helpful too! “I DO NOT RECOMMEND: We didn't get to enjoy anything at this establishment as we ended up leaving. The owner was so rude and blatantly disrespectful. He was more concerned with his Revenue as he put it. We were waiting on other persons to arrive for the surprise birthday dinner for my daughter. He wanted to remove one of the tables that we had reserved. We informed him that we were still waiting on people and asked if he would wait to make sure we had enough room for our party. He proceeds to tell us that he was losing Revenue and what did we presume he do about that. He continued to be rude and make comments so I asked if he would like to lose more Revenue by us leaving. His attitude and demeanor is definitely unbecoming. I have never been treated like that by an owner. We left once the birthday girl arrived. I refused to be treated rudely in an establishment that I am spending my hard earned money in. He missed out on hundreds of dollars tonight. This saddens me because I heard good things about this place but my FIRST and ONLY experience was awful. He wouldn't even apologize to those of us that he offended. I am good.
