I love Jimmy John's. Everything is always how I want it, flavor is great and the employees are always respectful and greet with smiles on this faces. I love the bread and the pickles the most. Just keep being you bay-beee.

Jimmy John's in Lowell is a restaurant that many people enjoy. The flavor of the food is great, and the employees are respectful and greet customers with smiles. The bread and the pickles are favorites. One customer says the store is pretty close to perfect and would drive from Crown Point to visit. The manager goes above and beyond for customers and the store, always helping out and working to make things run better.
The sandwich came out fast, fresh, and right, and the customer service was excellent. The staff is always super friendly and consistently delivers with freaky fast and reliable service. The food and the overall experience are loved, and the restaurant is highly recommended. One customer is grateful that the Jimmy John's in Lowell is nearby.
There was an issue with an order that was supposed to be cut in half, but the store took care of the issue. Another customer had a problem with a delivery order that was canceled, and planned to get a complete refund. Overall, this Jimmy John's is a great addition to Lowell.
