“We've visited this location a couple of times and have enjoyed our visits. Food has been good and service is friendly. They seem to keep up on the cleaning here. The only thing I did not like was we do online ordering so we can get in and out. They have a spot where they are supposed to put your order when it's ready, but they always just leave it behind the counter. I don't mind, but I then have to wait for them to get through the line of people before I can receive my order. Defeats the purpose of online ordering.“

Ordered delivery about 7:30 pm. Called the store after it had been an hour. They said it was picked up by 3rd party (Uber) because they had no drivers. I called again at 8:55 (they close at 9) and talked to a GM that said it was picked up and they couldn't do anything about it, which again I understand, however she also told me that it would still be delivered. However right before the store closed, I received a message from Jimmy John's that my order was canceled at 8:34. That info should be available to store personnell. I will be in tomorrow 7/6 to get a complete refund. See you in the morning.“

“4-5-26 Andy, the manager at the Crown Point location, has the best customer service manners that I've seen in a long time. I had an issue where my card had been declined. He calmly let me know about the problem. My friend and I were able to get the amount of cash together to cover my bill. During that time he wasn't rude or snarky. Not even impatient. “We ordered subs for our high school bball team. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to get our boys fed even offering early pickup before opening to get us to the game on time. “My kids are very involved so we are always on the go and we have to eat on the run often. Thankfully Subway is close to home and it is a quick semi healthy option that we can grab. This restaurant is clean and the staff is always nice. Sometimes a little on the slow side, but always nice. Food seems fresh and I never have an issue with anything being incorrect. This is a good stop for a quick decent meal.“
