“4-5-26 Andy, the manager at the Crown Point location, has the best customer service manners that I've seen in a long time. I had an issue where my card had been declined. He calmly let me know about the problem. My friend and I were able to get the amount of cash together to cover my bill. During that time he wasn't rude or snarky. Not even impatient. He was like 'life happens.' Thank you Andy for being the person you are! By the way, Lincoln's food is always great too. Patty Cogdill“

“Went here for the first time a few days ago even though I have lived in the area for five years Ordered the Austin and Venice sandwiches. The ladies at the counter were fantastic! The sandwiches were excellent and hearty! So so good! Can't wait to return and try the soups next time! Well done!“

“We ordered subs for our high school bball team. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to get our boys fed even offering early pickup before opening to get us to the game on time. The food was well prepared, packaged and delicious. Thank you for your great service and the extra goodies we can’t wait until you come to Valpo so we can visit more often!“

“The young lady who assisted me was polite and engaging. My sandwich tasted fine. The bathroom looked a little yucky, and the seats/tables needed to be wiped down. Price was steeper than I'm used to paying in subway. I got a regular footlong-no modifications, with a drink/chips. Total with tax was $18.17.“

“The service was phenomenal. The person serving us for an excellent job making the sandwiches, and even letting us know that the bread was a little burnt, he also told us we can come tomorrow to have it remade for free if we don't like it. Very friendly, will most certainly be going back!“

“The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

“We've visited this location a couple of times and have enjoyed our visits. Food has been good and service is friendly. They seem to keep up on the cleaning here. The only thing I did not like was we do online ordering so we can get in and out. They have a spot where they are supposed to put your order when it's ready, but they always just leave it behind the counter. I don't mind, but I then have to wait for them to get through the line of people before I can receive my order. Defeats the purpose of online ordering.“
