“Absolutely Amazing service I come here all the time. The food is great , and they are fast. I did a mobile order and forgot to switch from pickup to delivery on the app. The app didn’t allow me to make any changes or cancel the order. I called the store and the manager was able to cancel it for me right then and there. I was able to make my corrections and received my order fast my sandwich was still hot.!!“

“Tried this place for the first time today because I didn’t wanna go all the way to the city to the original Home of the Hoagy and wait forever & stop at an atm to get cash? I googled “Hoagies near me” and Fitches was the first to pop up! They’re definitely my new favorite! The hoagies were so fresh and delicious and the sweet steak was good and tender. The fries and mild sauce were bomb! I will be spreading the word this place is A1?“
“UPDATE, 1/28/24:Management from Wings Galore reached out to me after I posted the review below. Because they value their customers, they wanted to make up for the bad experience we had. Tonight we had a complimentary meal from Wings Galore, and I must say, it did not disappoint. We had the teriyaki wings with chicken fried rice, it was delicious! Topped it off with a glass of their famous lemonade, it hit the spot!Wings Galore - Thank you so much for your kind consideration. It is much appreciated.Sigh. Used to be such a nice place. This last order was terrible.We ordered the beef fried rice with lemon pepper wings. They forgot to give us the wings. They weren't busy. We called, they said come on back and we will give you 12 wings (instead of the 8 which come with your order) to make up for our mistake. When we went back, they gave us the usual 8 wings, not the 12 they offered. So they made another mistake correcting their mistake.I'm done. We can no longer order their wings with barbecue sauce because even the MILD sauce is much too hot for us. When we asked them to hold the sauce, they said they cannot because their supplier puts the sauce on the wings, they don't do their own sauce. So we started ordering the lemon pepper wings instead. Our container of wings had some kind of liquid in the bottom of it that was laden with salt. Sort of a salt brine. The wings that were soaking it were inedible. Nobody uses that much salt.“

“This is a great dining and go restaurant. There are so many different selections for pretty much anyone. They had gyros and sub sandwiches hamburgers and hotdogs, chicken and salad. Lots to choose from. There is seating inside and plenty of parking easy to get in and off of the restaurant from route 45.“

“I didn’t think I’d like my order, but I took a leap of faith anyway. The Phillywich Super 14” was my order and it was absolutely delicious. The garlic sauce truly topped it off for me! The steak and mushrooms were grilled to perfection! The bread was excellent. I ordered the sandwich with caramelized onions,green peppers and pepper jack cheese to boot. I will surely order from them again. If you like Philly cheese steak sandwiches, you won’t be disappointed. The sandwich was good and hot upon delivery. I’m going to treat myself to another lunch from them real soon.“

“Ordered catering from Darla’s this weekend for my college graduation party. Went in a few weeks prior to try the sandwiches since I had never had them before and the staff was super nice, even gave me free samples of their salads to try along with my sandwich orders. Since the sandwiches were so good, we decided to go with them for our party. Our order was on time and exactly as we’d asked. They also provided us with mustard and mayo packets and “The Goods” on the side in convenient serving packages. The pricing is also extremely competitive. They are much cheaper than popular chain sandwich places’ catering options which shocked me since it is a small local business. Soup was good, fries were crispy, and the lemon cake was awesome. Will definitely go back and try even more things, and the sandwiches are plenty big! They originally forgot my lemon cake in my order, and they delivered it to me for free, so I love how they take care of things.“

“Yes folks, Shugga Shack, is ALL THAT!! I generally get the Sweet Steak sandwich (chopped steak) with fries and sauce on the fries. They are compared to another establishment in the city. I think Shugga is way better. And I do mean way better overall. The food is very good, the device is good. But even better...THEY take your order over the phone and it's ready when you get there!!!! WOW what a concept (sorry lol shade for the other place). But yes, give them a try. Think it will be your go to for a Sweet Steak Sandwich!!!“
“I attended a birthday celebration from out of state. One of the items served was tuna sandwiches from this establishment. It was so good that I stopped by the location to buy some to take home. The cashier politely greeted me while attending to the drive thru window. I wish I had purchased a larger size“

“I've ordered several times online, but Saturday, December 23, 2023 was my first physical visit. It was definitely worth the half- hour drive. Staff greeted everyone with a smile, was courteous and professional, and explained the ordering process with patience. The food (as always) was fresh and order was correct. Will visit this location again. There used to be one closer to me in Schererville, IN but it closed. Hoping another location will open in Northwest Indiana again soon!“

“Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“
“Not a freaky fast service if you order for delivery. I ordered before beginning a 30 minute lunch. My food came with 2 minutes to spare. I was disappointed because i expected to have my order having at least 10-15 minutes left. My order was correct tho. I just think they need more delivery drivers. They only have 1 at the moment. Still a great location, just need more help or dont provide the service.“
