“service was bad. we arrived there on 6/19/24 after 6pm and set at the bar the bartender with glasses was rude. the table was sticky, we asked him twice to wipe the table down. we had to end up asking another bartender to wipe the table down so the other bartender got upset because he heard us asking someone else, so he decided to throw the towel on our table and my husband said that is your job to wipe the table not ours, so the other bartender asked us to please excuse him, and he wiped it down. no sir that was rude and unacceptable. so, we did give the nice bartender a nice tip. moral of the story is do not block your blessings over nonsense do your job and be nice to customers if u cannot be professional then you should get another job not dealing with customers. have a bless day!“

“My friends and I all enjoyed our drinks and food here. The outdoor area is fantastic and quite large. The place was very busy but plenty of staff around and everyone I interacted with was great!

On food, the ordering system is a little confusing. You put your name in and get a buzzer to wait to order. That is fine. After waiting our turn we found out you can't order smash burgers at the bar, it's a separate line outside. Well during the time we were waiting the burgers were 86'd. We ordered pizza instead and enjoyed it still, but most of our party did want to order the smash burger. Just an odd ordering system as a first timer.“

“WOW!!! My girlfriend had mentioned this restaurant she found with a friend and said it was amazing so of course had to check it out. We went early hoping to meet the owner Preston. We had heard from a friend he will sometimes come out and talk w the customers and sure enough we got to meet him. If you one have the chance to eat here it is a must. Second, having the opportunity to meet Preston is special. What a wonderful person and so knowledgeable. As far as the menu, it was full of surprises and everything was so well spelled out. We started with salads and had to be one of the best ever. Then shared pasta dish with chicken and what a delicious meal. Preston even brought us out taste of his pulled pork which melted in your mouth. We topped off with chocolate cake of some sort made fresh the day of, could not stop eating it. This is must stop!!! We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

“We've enjoyed the food from here several times, but it's always been some form of pizza and salad. Tonight, Shirley Cooley and I got a salad, and a couple of their fresh-made sandwiches. We got the Chicken Teriyaki, and the Chicken Bacon Ranch. They were so full of flavor and fresh ingredients. Now, we're torn between their pizza and their sandwiches. You really owe it to yourself to give them a try if you haven't, already.“
