“Trax never does us wrong. Lately we have been ordering take out. The care in packaging, order accuracy and (most important) deliciousness is always there. The smash burger can’t be beat and is a great value, even including bacon at no extra charge. We were a little concerned when Scarlet Lane left, thought maybe it would effect or change their business but, nope! Thank goodness! If you want a great meal, you’ll get one here every time!“

“service was bad. we arrived there on 6/19/24 after 6pm and set at the bar the bartender with glasses was rude. the table was sticky, we asked him twice to wipe the table down. we had to end up asking another bartender to wipe the table down so the other bartender got upset because he heard us asking someone else, so he decided to throw the towel on our table and my husband said that is your job to wipe the table not ours, so the other bartender asked us to please excuse him, and he wiped it down. no sir that was rude and unacceptable. so, we did give the nice bartender a nice tip. moral of the story is do not block your blessings over nonsense do your job and be nice to customers if u cannot be professional then you should get another job not dealing with customers. have a bless day!“

“I stopped by Ichiban Noodles in Indianapolis and had such a great experience. I ordered the gyoza and yaki udon noodles, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really made the visit special, though, was the service. My server was incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the meal that much better.

On food, the ordering system is a little confusing. You put your name in and get a buzzer to wait to order. That is fine. After waiting our turn we found out you can't order smash burgers at the bar, it's a separate line outside. Well during the time we were waiting the burgers were 86'd. We ordered pizza instead and enjoyed it still, but most of our party did want to order the smash burger. Just an odd ordering system as a first timer.“

“My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

“Editing to add it’s been like two years since this original post and I’ve yet to find better pho in Indy. We still eat here all of the time.

This is definitely the best pho I’ve had. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always perfect. The staff is great, egg rolls are super delicious, one bowl of pho is insanely filling. My favorite is the classic steak pho, #32 and a honeydew bubble tea. The kimchi pho is great as well. There’s also vegetarian options here :)
I cannot recommend pho tasty enough. I have introduced a lot of people to it and now they all love it too!
It’s clean and the service is great.
It’s also the best cure all when you’re not feeling well or have had a little too much to drink the night before.“
