“Iced coffee is always decent. Had a turkey egg and cheese croissant which was okay. Hashbrowns looked a bit weird didn't really taste fresh and I'm not sure if they count them or not but they definitely seemed a bit short. But maybe they count the number that goes in each although I've never heard of that.. idk.. service was good. Ordered through mobile app. Got 2 chocolate chip cookies which were overpriced but pretty good.“

“Had a nice expierence today getting coffee with my daughter, the young lady that was our casheir this morning was sweet, and im sorry she had to deal with a Karen today..that lady was straight ignornant, thinking she was tough trying to intimadate her.. i hope you feel like a big woman talking to people like that.. i always have a good expirence here, and our last trip here the casheirs were sweet and its always clean“

“I love this place, i come here very often and everytime i come here the teenagers are so respectful and always have a smile on their face but when i see adults they look grumpy and have an attitude and very impatient but besides that my order has never been messed up amd the food has always been perfect.

Kid-friendliness: Me and my kids come here very often and usually there are teens working here but these workers are so nice to kids and perfect kid options for food.“

“This location is good most days. I have placed maybe five mobile orders here, and only one of them was messed up. Sometimes the workers seem like they have an attitude when you do an online order instead of ordering up the window. With having social anxiety, I hate talking for extended periods of time and will stumble over my words if I have to read a menu and list off items I want and what other people in the car want. Ordering online has made it so much easier just to go to the drive-thru and say that I'm picking up for whoever's name then thank you when leaving. It is pretty upsetting that some will cop attitude when they hear "mobile order".“

“Truly the best dunkin experience i’ve ever had. customer service was amazing, bathrooms spectacular, and my latte was indescribably perfect. my friend and i travelled from chicago from an enhypen concert and were traveling home when we stopped here for a drink and quick bite. it was definitely what we needed to fully satisfy the rest of our 6 hour drive. if you worked on 02 May 2024 @ 12:41, thank you for making this one of the best experiences ever!!! we will definitely be back again if we travel through there :)“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“I am obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. I truly rely on their coffee to stay at my best. When I don't have it, I don't feel fully engaged. My taste is straightforward; I prefer my coffee simple and don't need it overwhelmed with fancy extras. A medium black coffee with one packet of sugar is the key to a successful day. I highly recommend it!“

“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“
