“I was having such a bad day having someone just using and screaming at me at home. I stopped at this Starbucks on Broadway in Crown Point on my way to take care of my sick mom and the drive thru employee was really sweet. Apparently someone decided against a Danish and she offered it to me. Just the gesture alone touched me me so deeply. They're always nice here. Always. But this made my day and I don't think she knew how much she affected me. I just wanted to say thank you. This is my favorite Starbucks ever.
The drinks are always so good and satisfactory. Atmosphere is always great. Employees are the best.“
“Let’s be honest, Starbucks food it’s not the greatest so it’s not like I have the biggest expectations… however, food was fine to be Starbucks, I always order online at this location when I’m walking through the outlet, since it’s always packed and that way I just skip the line😊“

My Starbucks order isn’t easy to get right—it really takes skill to make it taste perfect. Jayla, my barista, went above and beyond! She should practically be running this store—she’s that amazing. I’d honestly drive two hours just to have her make my drink again. She nailed it perfectly. I usually stick to my regular location, but I’m so glad I made the stop at your store!“
