“POOR SERVICE ALERT….Here to eat dinner, normally it’s great service. Ordered our dinner. Explained how we wanted a dish made…. Came out wrong, we asked for no yellow cheese, just shredded white. Came back out with yellow cheese- asked for it to be corrected… came back out with white cheese on top of yellow cheese…. Side dish was incorrect also. They took it back and while waiting on it to be remade, daughter found a hair in her chicken tacos, when telling someone , they said they have no-one with hair in their kitchen… it was a hair hanging from the fork, we held it up to show the manager…. She said they will make the plate over… daughter done list her appetite.. My dinner came back out and we had to ask for the side dish to be brought back out that they missed.. by then I lost my appetite not sure if my food had hair in it . Manager asked if we wanted our check, I said sure but I’m not paying for mine. I began to walk out while my wife contributed to eat because her meal was fine. They chased me out their door screaming in front of their customer that if I left I’d have the cops called on me. I said for what not eating my meal that was crappy and the other meal having hair in it. I called the cops myself. As my wife explained to the manager she was paying for hers since she ate it. She wrote up a check and and my wife walked up from the pay for hers, a man tried blocking the door . She told him she’s paying and to not be rude . He stood there and then finally walked to let her pat. We have never had service like this and we’ve been at this restaurant like every 2 weeks ever since they opened. Like I said always good food, but after tonight, we will never return. Poor Service and Management. Eat at your own risk“

“I want to say I absolutely loved this location. Its a complete night and day difference to the qdoba in Avon. The store was clean, there was upbeat music playing, it was slightly busy and the employees seemed happy to be there and like what they do.
The employees were friendly and chatted with me. I commented that this location is a million times better than the Avon location. And they told me they actually hear that a lot.

The person that served me was very attentive and asked questions about my order to make it better.
He suggested slicing up the quesadilla into smaller pieces to make it easier to dip in sour cream and the guacamole.

He checked on the quesadilla to make sure it wasn't gonna burn. It was delicious. It was warm and gooey and tasted like heaven in a quesadilla.
