Love the staff here. Today my mom and I came to get our coffees and one of the ladies wrote on our cups a heart and have a great day and it literally made our day so thank you to who ever did that. We come in about every morning and everyone is so nice and friendly at this location.
I’m hoping this is the Starbucks inside the Kroger on state street in new Albany! I’ve been twice now and the girl who waits on me is always super nice and helpful (I don’t drink a lot of coffee or go out of my comfort zone a lot) but she always has the best recommendations and descriptions of products. I’ll make sure to get her name next time 💜
The New Albany location is my favorite Starbucks in the southern Indiana area. Friendly, courteous staff and my orders are always made correctly.
