They helped this busy momma with a last minute cake while another location (closest to me) told me “ sorry, it’s first come, first served with our case cakes. You’ll have to see what’s left when you come in. “Tankers: they load you 24hrs a day takes roughly 3 hrs to load. Make sure you show up at your appointment time that is when your load of chocolate should be ready. If you are early they have a few spaces for parking is all. I was early and they let me park there to wait they have bathrooms across from the scale.“
