“First time in a very long time have we enjoyed our food from this Subway location. Both ladies, not kids, working were on their game. Oh and the bathrooms were open, available and clean, unlike previous visits. Hopefully the next time we come to Subway, it will just as good as this time.“

“I stopped at this subway to get gas and food for me and my son after rugby practice on 4/30 around 7:45-8pm. There was one girl in the front, which is fine since they weren't busy in the front. She was so polite and friendly, made my subs fast, and put the perfect amount of veggies and sauce on them. I wish I knew her name for this review, but I don't. She had multicolored hair and looked to be in her early 20s.“

“Great people, even greater food. We discovered this place a few days ago and have gone back three times already 😅. My fiancé and I have agreed to keep going back until we've tried everything on the menu, that's how tasty it is. So far we've tried the Papa Giorgio's Italian, the Cubano, the Chicken Alfredo, La Jefa, the Buffalo, and the spicy chili soup-- 20 out of 10 all across. LARGE portions by the way, great quality and quantity for a generous price. Very delicious, highly recommend 😋“

“It was my first time being here. The options were endless. The staffs were nice, especially Laney, she has and had a very positive mood, energetic and patient. She was very communicative and nice while giving more options without making me nor my significant other feel pressured. The same goes with the lady that was working with her. For my first experience here, I loved it. I’m a very indecisive person and they were lovingly patient as well as polite. The environment and themselves made me comfortable. Overall this place is the best. Again shoutout to Laney for customer Service.“

“The food was great there. I ordered the Chipotle steak. The service was wonderful with a very positive and upbeat worker. Either Glen or Greg, i am sorry I cannot remember the name exactly, but he made the sandwich perfectly and with a positive experience. I will definitely be returning.“

“I’m hard of hearing and they’re very accommodating here. The guy working around 6 pm understood that I can’t talk and even talked louder so I’d be able to hear him. He was very patient and kind and took his time ensuring the sub was correct. He asked all the right questions (if I wanted it toasted, if I wanted the peppers and onions added before or after toasting, etc etc). The dining area was very clean, they seem hard at work as well despite it being slow. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Napkins and everything you need to dine in are in the dining room and well stocked. 10/10 recommend this subway.“

“Hey Elmos, GIVE ANTHONY at Wallen Rd A RAISE!! After calling Oleys, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, and Marcos looking for a quick and cheap pizza to feed our family on a late weeknight after work, school, and high school band practice. All did not have good deals and prices were again increased, and too much when compared to the quality of pizza.We called Elmos because it is down the street from our house, and decided to give it a try.We talked to an articulate, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful young man named Anthony. He patiently provided pricing, answered questions, and gave guidance. I asked him to make sure that the toppings on our deluxe pizza went all the way to the edge, and also asked him not to put too much italian sauce on our Italian sub.It was PERFECT, exactly what i ordered, the way i ordered it, and it was really good.The toppings were all the way to the end like we asked, and the Italian sub was one of the best from a fast food restaurant, let alone in a gas station.Great job Elmos, and....Anthony did an amazing job, represented Elmos in a wonderful way, especially in a culture where it is hard to even find warm bodies. I will be back and I will recommend Elmos, as it was better than most of the other pizza chains in Fort Wayne. Pleasant surprise from Elmos. Give Anthony a raise!“

“Updating review, was really jonesing for their meatball sub so I stopped in. The owner was there, and talked with him. Sounds like there's been some weeding of personal of people that wanna and people that don't care. So completely understanding and will start going back more often.
Sure everyone acts differently when the owners around but it did feel more genuine from all the workers there so hopefully it stays that way.

Last couple times service has been crappy, this last time I walk in dude behind the counter just tapping away on his phone. Look up at me then just looked back down tapping away. Waiting 2-3 mins then a lady walked in and she went up to the register (I'm still standing at the pick up area). As he begins to help her he looks at me again and that's when I said loudly 'ya I'm here for a pick up' he walks over says my name then tosses the bag up on the counter.“

“Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn't want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn't smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It's hit or miss really...“

“The gentleman working behind the counter provided excellent service. I stopped by 10 minutes until close. He greeted me with excellent costumer service. This subway has become my favorite subway in town. It is a rare occurrence to receive exceptional customer service so close to close. “It was our first time trying Jimmy John’s as we always went to Subway for sandwiches. We got the Ultimate Italian and Roast Beef regular size 8”, no customization, no toasting. They were delicious, however, we still prefer subway for the customization, sauces, and toasting. Still great sandwiches though. Store was nice and clean, food prep was fast.“

“A friend of mine joins me here almost every Tuesday for lunch. We both love this place. The manager (JT) and staff always greet us with a positive attitude. The food is awesome (especially the fries). It's always a clean and quiet environment. The service is fast.“

“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“

“Penn Station is up there for the best chain sandwich place. Everything is so fresh. Get the Chicken Teriyaki- add all the veggies...chefs kiss.
They literally cut and fry your fries right there! They are perfect tender, crispy, and golden brown. And actually the cookies are pretty amazing as well. Some of the best fast food cookies there are.“

“This Subway on St. Joe Road made a great impression. The dining room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the large side parking lot makes it easy to get in and out. I stopped in around lunch and was surprised it wasn’t busier because this is a really convenient location. Good experience and definitely one of the nicer Subway locations I’ve visited in Fort Wayne. “Went in yesterday for lunch to pickup 2 sandos (which were delicious), and because of the weather, only one gentleman was running the whole show! One guy making the bread, prepping the meats, slicing the garden, stocking the cheese, the chips, refilling lids, cleaning tables; all of this making in-store, online orders, and running the reggie. I wish I had gotten his name, cuz the dude deserves a shout-out. I was there around 1pm, and the guy said he'd been there since 5:30am, alone. That's an all-star. If I owned a restaurant, I would've tried to steal him in the spot. 6 stars!“
