“This is a stand-alone store so there’s plenty of open space inside. Clean, well-lit, plenty of windows across the front of the store. Friendly, patient workers. They were crazy busy when I was there, but were keeping ahead of the orders. Plenty of free parking. Easy access.“
“Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn't want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn't smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It's hit or miss really...“
“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“
“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“
“Awesome food and great service! Please try these cookies! You won'tregret it. They're huge and so fresh. My go to sandwich is the chicken club on flat bread, add avacado, with just a few hot peppers. ? You'll never stop at another sandwich shop again.“
“Hey Elmos, GIVE ANTHONY at Wallen Rd A RAISE!! After calling Oleys, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, and Marcos looking for a quick and cheap pizza to feed our family on a late weeknight after work, school, and high school band practice. All did not have good deals and prices were again increased, and too much when compared to the quality of pizza. We called Elmos because it is down the street from our house, and decided to give it a try.We talked to an articulate, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful young man named Anthony. He patiently provided pricing, answered questions, and gave guidance. I asked him to make sure that the toppings on our deluxe pizza went all the way to the edge, and also asked him not to put too much italian sauce on our Italian sub.It was PERFECT, exactly what i ordered, the way i ordered it, and it was really good. The toppings were all the way to the end like we asked, and the Italian sub was one of the best from a fast food restaurant, let alone in a gas station.Great job Elmos, and....Anthony did an amazing job, represented Elmos in a wonderful way, especially in a culture where it is hard to even find warm bodies. I will be back and I will recommend Elmos, as it was better than most of the other pizza chains in Fort Wayne. Pleasant surprise from Elmos. Give Anthony a raise!“
“The bread is always freshly baked, veggies fresh, and there is no skimping on toppings, not that it's \\\"Over-filled\\\", but, it's made correctly and to my order. Hard to find a place that actually does that anymore, store is usually clean, which is saying something because it's not a stand alone store, but in a truck stop. I might be partial, bc I know one of the shift leaders Curstin, but! She does her best and it shows, because of her, I gave the 5 stars“
