“Stopped by the Subway in New Pal during a really busy lunch rush, the employees were holding it down like a pros. Even with a line of people, they stayed calm, friendly, and kept things moving quickly. My order came out just right, and you could tell they cared about getting the details right for everyone in line. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait was a little long just because of how packed it was and the place could have been a little cleaner, they did a great job keeping things organized. Big shoutout to Kaleb for making the experience way smoother than it could’ve been!“

“I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but the incredible staff at this Subway absolutely deserve it. The ladies who work here are hands-down some of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.

I had called earlier just to ask if they had the Happy Gilmore cup from the special promotion. That’s it—just a quick check. When I showed up later to see what cups they had, they had actually saved the exact one I was hoping for. I never even told them which character I wanted—but somehow, they just knew. That small act of thoughtfulness genuinely meant the world to me.

It’s rare to be treated with that kind of care and attention anywhere, let alone at a fast-food spot. I was truly touched. I can honestly say I’ll never go to another Subway again. This is the one. Loyal for life.

“So glad you got the 70 and MT. comfert store staffed good my 1st couple times it was bad but you just opened so I gave you a pass and came back awesome improvement on service my only nit pick is your team needs to pay attention to the special instructions part of the online order that's why I come in the store to make sure it's made right but if you can train your staff to read everything on the online order like they are supposed to it would be flawless good improvement Jersey Mike's has the best subs just work on team building !!!“

“I order delivery (Doordash) through the Subway app. I get in store prices without the higher doordash fees. When I review I can critique the store and not necessarily doordash. I've been in the store and always found it to be clean and well kept. The personnel are friendly and I love the sandwich wraps.“

“This Subway fixed me a fresh and delicious 12" sandwich with a friendly smile so I rate it highly. However it is located in a gas station so I can't say that the atmosphere was great. It had a pay phone in the parking lot...a cool blast from the past.“
