I did not like the way they treated their customers. Customer service should be respectful, and I felt uncomfortable because of their attitude. There was also a lack of hygiene, which was concerning.

If they continue treating customers this way, it will only hurt the business and cause the owner to lose customers. Nothing may happen to the employees, but the business will suffer.
