Great staff, food is great
10 out of 10 I ordered my food during the lunch rush and before I could get my lid on my coke zero my order was ready!! Super fast and friendly and great location!!

Jimmy John’s in Newburgh is a newly remodeled location that offers fast and friendly service. During the lunch rush, an order was ready before a lid could be put on a coke zero. The employees are welcoming, polite, and attentive, greeting customers with a smile and working efficiently while making sure every order is accurate. The staff takes pride in providing great customer service. The restaurant is spotless and very well maintained. The dining area is clean, organized, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The food is fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly as ordered. A sandwich was made quickly with quality ingredients and tasted great. The new location looks nice inside, with TVs for the menu and catering menus to go. There is plenty of staff, and the order came out in less than 10 minutes, maybe 5 minutes or even 2 minutes. The location is next to McDonald’s and is kind of small inside, but there is room outside to sit. The staff is pretty nice and friendly and understanding. This Jimmy John’s combines fast service, friendly employees, a clean environment, and consistently good food.
