I absolutely love your food, BUT your tea is not good! I know Newburgh water is terrible. I was told you paid several thousand dollars for a filter system! It is NOT working. I’ll get my tea from the N Greenriver store. You should check with Primetime. I know they use filtered water & they’re the only place in town that has good tea!! The cloudy pic is your store. The clear one is from N Greenriver. Big difference! It tastes so much better!
1st time in and I was so impressed with the customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. the food was really fresh and great as well
This is the second time we have ordered from McAllisters while having our granddaughter and ordering her a grilled turkey and cheese or grilled cheese! First time the sandwich bread was hard and she wouldn’t eat it! This time tried again and it was even worse and burnt! It was so hard on the crust side she couldn’t even bite it!

McAlister's Deli is a welcoming spot, praised for its friendly employees and exceptional cleanliness. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including the chopped salad, Ultimate Nacho, and McAllister club signature sandwich. While one reviewer had a disappointing experience with a salad that didn’t meet their expectations, another enjoyed their Ruben sandwich, praising its deliciousness. The staff, including Kari at the drive-thru window, go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Some customers highlight the good food and lots of options, making it a perfect place for a light lunch, though others note issues like not enough cheese queso dip on the Ultimate Nacho or occasional service mishaps. With a focus on quality and service, McAlister's Deli has earned a positive reputation in the community.
