“Big Hoffa’s is consistently good bbq and the staff there are some of the friendliest in the restaurant scene in the greater Indianapolis area. I just tried their smashburger this week for the first time, and it knocked us off our feet. The beef itself was tasty, the onions and pickles compliment each other well, and THAT SAUCE was smashtabulous! Keep goin’, you have the magic touch! Josh is amazing!“

“I just wanted to thank you for a Fabulous start to my birthday weekend. Your food was delicious as always- especially the Cole slaw & Mac & cheese. once you found out it was my birthday going the extra step of handing me a birthday card with handwritten signatures really made my day. “Great fast korean food. The soon tofu soup with seafood is my favorite! Bibimbop is good. Tip: buy your own gochujang from the grocery store korean area if you want more spicy sauce- the sauce at the table is mild. Banchan was fresh and good. Dumplings were fried perfect and tasty!“

From “Not My Thing” to “My New Obsession”
Okay, so let me be real—I’ve never been a big fan of LongHorn. Not because it was bad, it just never wowed me. But last night? Bay-bee, that all changed.
My husband and I had a sweet tooth, so we swung by for a curbside pickup and ordered three things:
• The Strawberry Shortcake
• The Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
• The Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip
And let me tell you… that spinach dip nearly caused a friendly marital food fight. It was so creamy, flavorful, and addictive, I found myself racing my husband to finish it first. We were not sharing well.
But the real showstopper?
That strawberry shortcake.
Oh. My. God.
Every bite was pure magic—soft, rich, creamy, dreamy. It had me sitting in the car saying “Thank you, Jesus” with my eyes closed. That dessert alone made me a believer.
We originally had plans to go to Harry & Izzy’s for Mother’s Day dinner…
Plans changed.
LongHorn earned that spot.
Happy Mother’s Day to me—and shoutout to the LongHorn team for finally turning this skeptic into a straight-up fan.“

“We usually frequent a different location, but recently visited your Carmel location and found it to be a great experience. From calling in via phone Gretta was fantastic, warm, and friendly (which seems to be a list skill set for many)Then our server Emily did a wonderful job of taking our order and servicing us. My ribs were dry, but everything else was great.“

“While I'm not a fan of "hunting lodge" style atmosphere, I can see the appeal. Dining room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Chef Shawn has a strong passion for BBQ and it shows! I took my In Laws there for dinner. Their BBQ parfait was outstanding and the pulled pork was tender, moist and full of flavor. Exactly what you want when you go for a pulled pork sandwich. I highly recommend you at least give it a try!
Dietary restrictions: While BBQ may not be for everyone, there are options for those who are looking for items that are gluten free or even diabetic friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: The main door to the building has a circle drive directly to the parking area.“
