“The service has always been good at this location. I've never had to wait long, even at standard mealtimes, and I've never had problems with the food. The Subway/gas station combo isn't optimal for dining in, but that's really my only complaint. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard Subway restaurant. If you're looking for a Subway, this is a good option.“

“I was driving in from out of state and since my husband has reminisced about Kmart subs for YEARS, I thought I would stop by Scoobies to pick some up to bring home to him. Unfortunately I was only in town for the weekend, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, the owner so graciously offered to COME IN and make subs for me!! I couldn't believe it! Incredible customer service and my husband said the Kmart subs were DELICIOUS and SPOT ON. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me bring back a memory for him. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!“

“I have had good luck with this Jimmy John’s. Not every order has been perfect but nothing that has made me regret ordering. Today the delivery driver went above and beyond. I spilled my drink just inside my doorway and she stayed to help me clean it up. I’m a paraplegic so cleaning liquids on the floor can be a little tough for me. She even drove back and got me another drink after we cleaned up the one I spilled. I didn’t get her name but she definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do any of it. I appreciate her help and kindness. She’s definitely a keeper.“

“I have been coming here since I was in high school and you can call it nostalgia if you want, but in my opinion this is the best subway around. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but even after not returning for nearly 5 years (just wasn't ever in this area due to moving) the owners still remembered me BY NAME. Name another establishment that values their customers that much. Always has been one of my favorite places near Penn High School and probably always will be. The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding every time!“

“Wonderful worker there tonight on 2/5/23 around 5pm. She was absolutely sweet. I have a big family and order 7 subs. Normally we get some kind of grunt or attitude when saying how many subs. She was cheerful and said we would get through it together. She made everything perfect, with no attitude and a smile on her face. Didn't get her name but big kudos to her for being so pleasant.“

“Today, a coworker of mine came to your location and ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. To his chagrin, it had peppers and mushrooms. Both of which he apparently hates. “Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in the area. Fast, nice workers and get the order always right. I like to modify my sandwiches to my own preference and sometimes I push my creativity to the max, just to see if I they can keep up. I am not disappointed. THE fastest JJ I’ve been in.“

“Ordered a chop salad 2/16/21I asked for a little bit of extra banana peppers.Got home. Sat down to dig in and found that my salad was 40% Banana pepper.I didn’t make this a 1 star because well.... I asked for it I guess?The associate on the phone told me I could bring it back tomorrow.Will update after.Update 2/17/21:Went back to the store today with the salad. Manager came by and gave me a refund for the salad and I was on my way. The crew present was courteous when I brought them up to speed on what happened.I’d visit the store again during the day thanks to this follow up.Not sure if I’ll go late at night again though lol“
