I desire ice cream everyday! Multiple times a day!! My favorite blizzard treat is the Brownie Batter Blizzard!! This location is the ONLY location in all of Fort Wayne, Bluffton and Markle, that actually makes it proper!!! I always get a large Brownie Batter Blizzard at least 4 days a week. Some days I’ve even stopped in twice for a large BBBlizzard. The large get 4 scoops or Brownie Batter with 4 scoops of the brownie bits. All the other locations I’ve stopped at do, 1-2 scoops of batter and maybe 2 scoops of brownie bits. I’ve had 2 locations complain they don’t do the 4 scoops of batter because it’s thick and makes the blizzard hard to make. Well I’m sorry, this is part of your job description and that’s what makes this blizzard what it is!! Make it right, or don’t make it at all!! This location though, they do it right all the time!!

The staff here really are great people. The friendliest face that I’ve got used to seeing on my near daily stop is Elijah. I have had several interactions with Elijah and he’s a wonderful person/employee with what I’ve seen as showing great character, a great personality, a positive attitude, great work ethic and always serves and greets with a smile. Elijah wanting to be better at his job asked me out of curiosity, what I believe is the best way to make the blizzard knowing it is a pain to make but It really is best making half/half. Take large cup fill half way with ice cream, 2 scoops of batter, 2 scoops of brownie bits and mix then add the rest of the ice cream, 2 more scoops of batter and bits and mix. Once completed, you are left with perfection that keeps me coming back day after day until the batter runs out. Sadly, I Then have to wait around for next BBBlizzard season.

This DQ location really needs to partake in employee of the month initiatives and honor Elijah with the admirable praise he deserves followed by recognition of the other great employees that make this location the best and only pick for all my DQ Cravings!!“

“I ordered a burrito bowl and it was finished early and was delicious. One of the sauces I requested “ghost pepper sauce” was no longer available at the location but was still posted as an option on the app. The staff offered me a sauce cup of a sauce of my choice to compensate for them lo longer having my sauce available to me. Very good service and food“

“Newer facility with nice clean and spacious salad bar and pizza buffet on Fridays at Lunch. Check out their lunch specials too. Salad bar is well stocked and clean. There is also a small bar area with stools to sit at. Friendly service.“

“Food is good but can be expensive. They do offer special menus from time to time and you can expect to spend between $8-13. Workers are friendly, food is usually fresh and lobby/dining areas are clean. Bathrooms like most public places is as hygienic as the person who used it before you so I dont hold it against businesses. Their drive thru line situation needs improvement depending on which way you enter- either from Bluffton or Lower Huntington. It can be a bit of quagmire to position at times. Overall one of the better Fort Wayne Arby's. Will recommend.“

“We dys is my favorite fast food restaurant. 8 always have to get a chocolate frosty there and usually a junior bacon cheeseburger. If no sandwich in up the size of my frosty. Their broccoli and cheese baked potato is really good as well. Most all of the employees at the drive through have been very nice. Only a couple times have they nopenrdvthe window and handed me my food and not acknowledged me and wee busy talking to another employee about their boyfriend. But usually I'm always greeted kindly.“
