“Can’t say enough good things about this place as they’ve checked every box for me and everyone I bring in with me. The cigars are always fresh, the humidor is top tier. A unique selection of delicious whiskeys to match as well as other odds and ends drinks that seem to always meet the bar as well. Everyone that I’ve seen working there including the owners Rob and Lisa, are tremendously genuine good people who are always happy to hop up and help or just chat. The place is always clean and has a positive and relaxed feel to it. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who will sit down for a smoke and/or a drink! ??“

“This was a great place for pizza. It's in Fortville not far from Scooter's Coffee. The chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread was really good. The cheese sauce for dipping the crust was good also. The inside is really cool. It used to be a 1956 service station! I saw they have music bingo this week at the restaurant. That sounds fun. They have a lot on the menu potato skins, wings, wraps, and they use a stone conveyor oven to cook the pizzas. They offer dine - in or carry - out. They also have a nice picnic tables outside to enjoy eating outside during the warmer months.“

“The Schoolhouse 7 is my favorite local coffee shop by far. The building was originally a one-room schoolhouse, and the coffee shop really leans into that history in their decoration. It has such a cozy atmosphere and is a great place to work for a few hours. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee shop hosts unique events throughout the year. Whether you want a tasty cup of coffee, a meeting place, or a change of scenery as you work, I highly recommend the Schoolhouse 7 Cafe!Dietary restrictions: They have a few gluten free options and are willing to check ingredient lists to confirm whether something is gluten free if they aren't sure.Kid-friendliness: They have a small play area upstairs. My two-year-old enjoys the books, toys, and coloring supplies. The cafe also has several outdoor activities that promise fun to people of all ages.“
“With so many breweries out there, Pax makes it easy to be one of your favorites.Community and music centric, excellent beer and passion for entertaining. I especially love that they introduced me to Lapel and the hundreds of people that come out for their festivals.Pax is one place I can safely bet on a solid turnout for festivals and a great day to remember!Bravo“

“Stopped by today for the first time. Wasn't sure what was their "go to" drink so decided to try a nitro. The nitro cold brew had a nice smooth flavor. Staff at window was fast and friendly. I will have to stop back by for a hot drink soon.“

“First time, it won't be the last. The young man who owns the restaurant cooks your food to order as far as I know.Leave time to enjoy your meal.Make reservations for larger groups. it seems most seating is for 2-4.Carry out available. It's the best online menu I have ever seen. Smaller selection, but everything we ordered was excellent. This is not your run of the mill Chinese restaurant.“

“I've reviewed Gene's before but it's worth another mention. This is a classic drive in with NO indoor seating. The food is terrific and, despite recent increases, it's very reasonably priced. Drive in, make sure you get a mug of root beer. Specialties are the Spanish dogs but the slaw dogs and fried mushrooms are great too. Whenever I'm in Anderson, this is one of about four places I try to get to.“

“Small area, great food, attentive service. Had a tex mex chicken signature burger and my fiancé had the wagyu Tex mex and it was spicy and delicious. Had a deduction to drink and the bourbon barrel deduction. The deduction was perfect, bourbon barrel was strong but good for the slow sipping. Fiancé had deduction and the bourbon barrel frozen assets. Great place overall.“

“Our first time eating Venezuelan food was a success. We ordered a delicious cheese filled appetizer teqeuños queso - super elevated. Lighter like fluffier cheese inside of a pretzel like dough similar to a mozzarella stick but way better - wonderful start. Then everyone ordered the arepa Maracucha because it was recommended and was an instant hit with our table, we all loved it; the sweet, savory and cheesy all together with an insane crunch was an amazing meal for our friendship outing. The service was amazing. The menu really wasn't as clear and inspiring as I'm used to but the food and service were incredible. The soda and soft drinks were extremely expensive and the alcohol selection was only white wine at the time but it was a delicious meal in a room full where we enjoyed our time and the people. The art on the walls is fun and fresh with lots of space inside. A space for live music as well but none playing which I appreciated for a night of talking with friends. Highly recommend trying Edicta39 if you're in the mood to try Venezuelan flavor and texture combinations, you will not be disappointed.“
