This comment is for chipotle overall. You can’t call the store, you can’t get refunds in store. If you order from the wrong place it’s a long drawn out process because you can’t talk to a real person for at least 20 mins if you can even get through. You can’t check on your job application because you can’t straight call the restaurant .
I eat here about once a week. Stopped in on a Friday (usually come Saturday), and the staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them. They were rude and the girl making the food rolled her eyes on me when I was trying to read the additional order off of my phone. Disappointed
I have Celiac disease and as soon as I told the line worker I had a gluten allergy, one of the women working told the line worker to wait because they needed to clear the whole line. They took a few minutes to remove all old spoons, clean the line, and wash their hands about 3 times each. I was incredibly impressed and almost cried I had a safe place to eat in Richmond. They were very kind and did not make me feel like a problem.
