“To be honest we drove out to this tiny out of the way bar for the beef. Which was beyond amazing. I think they use garlic bread. It's so good. I was super excited when I saw Chili on the menu. Three different beans, a very light onion and tomato which is right up my alley. It had a good amount of beef, and I would put the spice level at a 4. But more than that it was way the spice comes in on the back end of every bite. Just fantastic. Needless to say, I was and am still impressed. As a bonus I was able to meet the mastermind behind this fantastic Chili. 8/10.“

“I’ve been all over the U.S. and by far this is the best bar I ever been too mostly locals but great company would 10/10 recommend if you are stopped in the area, only downside they don’t serve food but if you get food nearby feel free to bring it with you but there are plenty of options nearby!!“

Positioned in what used to be an old Indiana town where the stagecoach used to stop here to give its passengers a rest, eats and drink. “We love Brewhouse and visit at least a couple times per month. They rotate their drink menu, there are always good local options (e.g., IPAs, Stouts, Lagers, Sours, Ciders), and they have a nice outdoor seating area that can be used during the warmer months. The bartenders are nice and playful and their food menu includes some clearly identified vegan options. They also have a couple of old arcade games you can play for free and have a bingo night, which is fun.“

“I was looking for a close spot to have a cold beer and grab a bite to eat in-between my daughters volleyball games and stumbled upon the gem called R Place. This spot is great! I was told that they have been in business 42 years! WOW, and I can see why. They are very friendly and treat you well. The food is fantastic and the locals are very laid back and make you feel welcome as well. If I was local to the area, this bar would be my base! A throwback feel to the better times, in my opinion. 5 ✨'s! I hope to get a chance to visit again.“

“Great pizza, but dropped the ball with service on recent visit. This is one of our favorite places for pizza in the area, and we go there regularly. The food is always good, but today, we sat there for over 20 minutes without a single person stopping by to offer us water, offer to take our drink order or even just acknowledge our being there. It wasn’t even especially busy - most tables were empty. We gave up and went somewhere else.“

“I have seen this place there since I was young. we were out with some friends and decided to swing in. It is a quaint, little old homey bar. we loved it!!! The building looks like it is original to the town. (I love old vintage buildings, etc). We bought a round of drinks, hung out for a while, shot a game of pool. The customers and the bartender were very friendly!! Be aware they are a cash only bar (they do have an ATM inside) and it is a smoking bar so if you are sensitive to smoke. We will be back!! The one thing I noticed they changed the sign in the parking lot they had for years. I loved how it had a picture of the parking lot and had some cars, but also had a snowmobile and motorcycle parked together. Odd combination....but humorous!! 🤣 We will be back to support this local business!!“

Lots of remodeling, new pool tables, I had even recommended her to get a pinball machine in there because me n my friends love pinball, well low an behold SHE'S GOT ONE COMING THIS WEEK!!! The crowd is mixed from young to old n black to white to Mexican NOBODY IS EVER SINGLE OUT HERE AND NOT WELCOMED.“

“Great little hole in the wall bar. They don't serve food, but there's a pizza place downstairs who will bring food up to you, and the bartender tells you they allow you to have food delivered. The pool table is decent. Drinks are reasonably priced with a friendly staff. We'll definitely be back again.“

My wife wanted seafood not steak. So we ordered her the seafood crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Crab legs tasted like they were frozen for a long time, the lobster was Tuff. Shrimp was good in garlic butter. I had a steak. With mushrooms. Do your self a favor ask what the price for any specials . DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE PRICE. SeaFood Special $175.66 Who the hell charges this for a pound of crab legs and a lobster tail? Never again! Buyer beware!“

“The upstairs bartender, Aaron C. does the work of 2 bartenders. I sat at the bar...he served me my lunch. He was very friendly and fast. The upstairs was loaded with like 50 guests from a baseball team? So he was VERY busy. But that didn't stop him from speed, accuracy and friendliness! Best bartender ! He deserves a raise!“

“I used to come here every weekend to have drinks and enjoy the live band music. Now, their drinks are too expensive for my taste and they replaced the live music with DJs, so I rarely go now. Not that I dislike DJs, but the live music is what set it apart from other bars in the area. The atmosphere doesn't suit DJs as well as it did the live bands. If they're going to stick with DJs, it would be better if the bar was more separated from the main casino floor (like the High Roller room is). I've also eaten at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was delicious. I opted for the king crab both times.“
