“The customer service is nice. There is a youthful and pleasant atmosphere when you go inside. Its fun to order when you see smiling faces. The food is hot and fresh and all the drinks are followed by the best recipes for Thanksgiving such as the new toasted white chocolate latte. I can't wait for Christmas to order the gingerbread coffee latte! Already the chocolate peppermint mocha is out and that is a hint for me the holidays are on the way. I believe the breakfast sandwiches are the most healthiest while fastfood service turns to tortilla wraps rather than bagels or croissants to me.“

“The doughnuts ? are out of this world delicious! You go there for the doughnuts, it’s not necessarily a spot to hang out. It’s a bit disorganized & hard to communicate orders there & the place is old BUT you go there for the DOUGHNUTS.“

“I pre-ordered 3 dozen donuts and a box of donut holes to bring to the office where I work downtown! What a hit!! All day long, co-workers were asking where I got the donuts! They were ready when I picked up, the girl who helped me place the order was very helpful and the experience was fantastic. I am really happy I decided to bring the best donuts in NWI to my co-workers! Made my day!“

“Great tasting donuts and beautiful locale. The donuts are soft and toppings are top quality. My son has a peanut allergy and they separated the peanut butter and nut donuts I ordered in another bag without me asking. Great staff! They also carry Indiana Amish made products like a multitude of different natural jams, honey, an assortment of different cookies, popcorn, pies, granola bars, pancake mix, cupcakes and more. Free, small coffee with your order!“

“Stopped by this morning just after they opened Already a few people waiting. Line moved fast .The two ladies working were very friendly and helpful. Bought 3 dozen minis to take to work. They were still warm and a huge hit with the staff. Lots of other choices to try next time“

“I always go here because my coffee is made correct like 95% of the time. The 2 workers I see the most in the morning always remember me and make me feel welcomed every time :) coffee puts a smile on my face, but great customer service makes it even better ?“

And was not the first time that this happened.But this particular time I took it back only for them 2 throw it in the garbage.I mentioned to the young lady that I wanted sausage on mine, but I have a granddaughter who would eat it.She just smiled and said no, and threw it in the garbage.There was no compensation for me coming back up there. To correct thair error, but an extra charge. “

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“
