The new management and staff at Dunkin' have significantly improved the customer experience. The shift lead, Alesha, provides excellent customer service. The team's efforts have led to more accurate orders and a cleaner, friendlier environment. However, there is still room for improvement, such as ensuring that coffee is served at the right temperature and making the order screen more visible. Overall, Dunkin' is on the right track with its new team.
