“We went here this evening for the first time for our anniversary dinner hands-down as soon as you walk in sweet inviting warm, kind, friendly people. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the walleye my husband got the lasagna. We had a shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, I had a wedge salad he had a Caesar salad. They were huge and then we had the crème brûlée for dessert.“

“Patachou rocks. Not only is the food superb. Their restrooms are always clean and the service is great. They also take the time to watch out for their patrons when they misplaced their valuables I’m a customer for life. Now if I could just get another cup of their banana nut coffee. “It's a bar food kind of place. I pieces the fish and chills and there was barely any flavor and the fries were crispy and got cold quick. The beer i ordered though was delicious. Very smooth! Definitely more of a sports pub where you come in for beer,a game, and conversation and food is an afterthought.“

“We always ask for Nick Owen to be our waiter cause he has a Great personality plus excellent servicer to bring us great food. We had a table of 8 and everyone loved him. Made for a special time to celebrate a graduation party. Good food and drinks everyone enjoyed.“

“Absolutely love the pumpkin pancakes so much, that I get them every visit! And summer the lemon blueberry. We ask for Layla every time, she knows what we drink and brings them before we ever ask. She jokes with my husband which he loves. She's funny, super sweet and such a great waitress. We've been coming here for a few months now, after leaving another pancake place, because of the food and service here. We bring all of out out of town guests here and upon a return visit this is where they want to come. Layla makes each visit the best part of our day!“

“We had three (3) appetizers, calamari, shrimp and meat board - all were delicious. Then one had the blue crab cakes, filet medallions, 8oz filet mignon, and white cheese Bacon burger. We will return as the wait staff were excellent and provided enough service that we were impressed. Fished the meal off with cream Brule, carrot cake and chocolate something. Needless to say, they had to roll us outa the restaurant.“

“Such a great time the girls and I had for our girl trip! The food was delicious staff were all friendly and very warm welcoming! To learn the history on the slippery noodle inn tour was one of our favorite parts! So much to unpack and learn about the building and back history our tour guide was an absolute pleasure and awesome guy! 10/10 recommend can’t wait to return!“

“The staff here was super attentive. The food was good, but not really a wow factor. The restaurant was clean and the hostess kept up with the dirty tables expeditiously, promptly, and efficiently.
… BUT BABY! Phyllis! This lady was bartending and took the best care of us in the dining room. The server they sat us with was overwhelmed and Phyllis gave us excellent service. Y’all come see her and get you a piece of this salad bar!“

“Amazing food. Amazing owner. Food IS fresh! It is absolutely amazing. The freshness of herbs in the crepes is there. It has been 1.5 year since I have been back. Owner remembered us. I said it before and I’ll say it again. May you and your business prosper. This is an 5/5 amazing place for food and service.

“I spole with Jennifer, a kind woman. She helped me to find a specific article and in the meanwhile we spoke a little bit. It was a good experience while taking some souvenirs.
Regarding the prices they are very good, you can find easy stuff, like magnets at 3.5/4 dollars or more specific and expensive things. Recommended“

“Service was awesome. Our server was very friendly, and even helped me correct an error I made when ordering (do yourself a favor and don't confuse the hottest wing sauce with the Indiana sauce!!)

This was our first time here. Called ahead to reserve a table for 10 on the weekend and they were able to accommodate us with no problems. Service was great! Atmosphere was excellent and the food was simply delicious. Ordered the Gemelli Pasta and Steak Fries and they were simply outstanding! Our table had a bunch of fun throughout dinner and we all enjoyed it. It was everyone’s first time. We will definitely come back for another evening in town.“

“Everyone has different taste buds but I highly recommend also I have been twice I had a double cheeseburger 🍔 and they are big and fish the second. Time was really good and the 🥗 salads are and very big but also the second time I went they forgot my banana 🍌 split but still very good place to eat and also they have good fries 🍟 and milk shakes“

“On my way home saw the The Soul Food Shack sign. So I stopped in. Very clean professional looking establishment. A very friendly young lady came out to inquire how could she help. So very pleasant. I ordered the Smothered pork chops with collard greens and fried potatoes. Husband and I surely enjoyed this meal. Chops and greens were on point. Potatoes had a great flavor but just a little mushy. Whatever I was truly impressed.“

“The Ocarina of Fries! I’ve never tasted anything like this in my life of dining. Waffle Sweet potato fries with cinnamon and Brown sugar, Cream cheese sauce topped w/ Chives! OMGOODNESS!!! Then The Perfect Pizza totally lived up to its name. Oven baked Flatbread, marinara from the gods, old world pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and peppadew peppers. I added chorizo. Deeeeeeeeelicious! Soooo good!“
