“Tony's of Indianapolis Steakhouse provides an exceptional dining experience that surpasses expectations!! Truly my very favorite steakhouse!! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere exuded relaxation, setting the perfect tone for a memorable celebration. My husband treated my son and me to Tony's for our birthdays, and it was an unforgettable experience. The steaks were simply divine, easily ranking as the best I've ever had in Indianapolis. Our server, Alexander, played a pivotal role in enhancing our evening. His attentiveness and extensive knowledge of the menu ensured that we made the perfect selections. With a tenure at Tony's since its opening, Alexander's expertise shone through, making our dining experience truly amazing. In addition to the outstanding service from Alexander, we were delighted when Tony, the owner, made a personal visit to our table. His warm demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring our satisfaction added an extra layer of hospitality to our dining experience. It was a pleasure to converse with him, and his presence further exemplified the dedication to excellence that Tony's of Indianapolis Steakhouse upholds.“

“Go out of your way to make a visit. We didn’t expect 16-Bit to be so big. Really cool vibe. Tons of games, drinks were super creative and the slide down from the second floor was a great touch. Also, having old school video game systems was great. We will be back!“
“I have limited experience at the HI-FI as a patron, but I've performed there a handful of times. The HI-FI treats its artists, even tiny local artists like me, better than any venue I've performed at. You can see a show at the HI-FI safely knowing that the artists are treated with kindness and respect. Thanks, HI-FI!“

“Rob, Lou and any of the other staff I've interacted with have been amazing. Perfect dive bar for downtown Indy. Great price on food and it's Delicious. Will definitely be around regularly. The Garlic Parm Pizza Rolls are my kryptonite. Rob's Hot Honey Biscuits and Gravy is bussin so get it while it's hot.“
“8th Day Distillery is such a hidden gem, and now one of my favorite spots to meet up with friends. Parking is easy, as you can park along the street or in the parking lot. The interior has a cool, industrial vibe. I loved their cocktail menu, as it was creative and everything I tried was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to come back for the new menu!“

“There are a few of these types of places popping up. This one is a phenomenal concept. They have some game systems set up with more contemporary games, a ton of old school, and then there is pinball. Sorry no Mappy as of the writing of this review. Beer? They got it. Plenty to chose from. Come by yourself. Come with friends. Whatever, but this place is top notch. Pinball is not free.“

“First time in. Had to get the cheeseburger and fries based on FB recommendations. Did not disappoint. Sat at the bar. Cheeseburger was cooked well. Got fries that were very good. My neighbor's onion rings looked pretty good too. Nothing fancy. Just good food.“

“I took my two best friends out to dinner, and I wasn’t gonna pay for the dinner and I didn’t but I was going to pay for their dessert and then we got a discount because this gorgeous amazing lady named liane c she gave me a discount on my friends birthdays deserts and I’m now in love with her and want to marry her I think she’s my soulmate.“
“Great cocktail bar on Mass Ave. I got three cocktails there. All bourbon cocktails. They had a good variety of bourbon, tequila, rum, and vodka cocktails--the menu has so many options. The cocktails i got were all delicious. They also had surprisingly good food. I got a potato chorizo empanada and it was delicious. This is a basement bar and I love that vibe. Lots of pipes, brick walls, and speakeasy vibes. The waiter was very friendly and the service was quick for how busy it was. Definitely get here early if you want to come with a group. We went on a Saturday and it filled up.“

“I was hungry last week on a Friday and I saw this restaurant near an acquaintance's home so I went in at sat at the bar to order some food. Even though I waited a little bit for service, one of the bartenders gave me a menu after asking for one. I ordered the fish and chips with coleslaw and the chicken fingers for my Daddy. After one bite of the fish, it was so hot and delicious and fried to perfection and fries and coleslaw was awesome too. And I'm sure the chicken fingers were good .“

“I've been to the Oakmont a few times and honestly I'm not mad at it! The food has gotten better every time I've gone, the service has never been bad, and you can't beat the mimosa deal! My only wish is that the music would be better. Its instrumental EDM that from what I've seen, nobody enjoys. Bring a DJ in and this would be my go-to brunch spot!“

“Great place to listen to music and hand out with friends and family. The band is always great, 3rd time visiting and this time was the greatest. Got a tour of the underground passage under this beautiful historical building. Authentic bones to this building and the tour guide gives you great history. I will be back again... great service, friendly people. Great atmosphere!“
“The chili cheese fries were the BEST I ever had! I ordered 'half the damn thing' for my entree (1/2 fried chicken, roasted brussels with pistachios and mac & cheese) and my choice did not disappoint! Large portions, enough for a second meal. The staff were amazing, kind, and inviting. Overall, it wasn't just dinner it was an experience.DUKE'S is now in our dining rotation!!!“

“I found Wiseguy lounge in 2019 and have been coming here non stop since then. This speakeasy tucked in the back of Goodfellas pizzeria is a great place to just hang back and enjoy a drink. The bartenders dress nicely and whole place is set to look like prohibition era. I can recommend so many drinks from there but my favorites are dirty smash, Marilyn Monroe and the espresso martini“

“I ate here while in town last year, and liked the penne enough to come back. This time, I had the tortellini, and the tomato cream sauce is so good. It's a 4th generation restaurant that you can sense in the atmosphere. I love the signed Christmas photo from the Andrettis over the bar. This place will be at the top of my list any time I visit Indy.“

“Awesome dive bar. My group was looking for a Thursday night trivia spot and stumbled into Sam's after all the tables at Chilly Water were full. So glad we did, we had a blast and loved the trivia vibe there. The decor makes the place feel warm and inviting, we loved trying out the lottery ticket machine and everyone (whether or not they were participating in trivia) clearly was having a great time. I was also pleasantly surprised at their non-alcoholic beer selection. This will definitely be my group's regular weekly night trivia spot! Looking forward to coming early next time to scope out a comfortable table and try some pizza.“

“We had an incredible lunch experience at Mike's Speedway Lounge, conveniently located across from the IMS track. The wings and tenderloin we ordered were simply fantastic, and we were blown away by the generous size of the tenderloin. Kelly, our bartender, was phenomenal, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel right at home. What made our visit even more memorable was the welcoming environment, with locals engaging us in conversation and sharing captivating stories. It was a pleasure to connect with the community and feel the genuine racing camaraderie. Whether you're craving delicious food, exceptional service, or a chance to immerse yourself in the local racing culture, Mike's Speedway Lounge is the place to be.“

“Dugout has long been on my list of bars to try but I never got the opportunity to until this Friday while trying to post up for the Purdue game. Drink specials are phenomenal, $9 pitchers of either Yuengling or Miller Lite is a steal. The bar food is pretty decent as well so if you get hungry I recommend the pizza as it too is reasonably priced. Overall this is a top spot to watch sports, no shortage of tvs and room to post up. Obviously you don't want to show up too close to tipoff because it will be standing room only.“

“This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Indy! The service is the best I’ve found in my whole time here in this town, Margaritas are magnificent! My favorites are the chimichangas with chicken and beef tips, the pozole, the asada, pastor, camarón and fish tacos, and the chorizo is so good!“

“YES YES AND YES I really like the vibe of The exchange! It's dark, intimate, artsy... just love it. Comes w/ 2 levels. Upstairs is smaller and more lighting. Downstairs is more dark and private w/ more space for bigger parties. The cocktails are significant and signature. They make a mean cocktail but be specific or things can get outta hand in price or general preference. The staff is fun, professional and educated on what's good for the palate. Definitely try them out!“

“Absolutely fantastic. The place itself is so adorable and the food is phenomenal. We sat at the bar and had great service. Excellent drinks with fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend the rib entrée, costillas I think was the name. They are fall off the bone tender and deliciously spicy. The poblano fundido was also excellent, love love love the grilled cheese on top. I'll be back soon to try the tacos!“

“Best bar in Indy for local live music. Looks like a dive bar but it's full of a rotating art gallery, a small stage, some booth tables, a bar, and genuine people. Friendliest bartenders you'll find. Large variety of concerts get put on here. Pretty much anything you can think of from ambient to punk to techno etc etc. Come get a taste of your local music scene.“

“Pins is my top choice whenever we host visiting friends. The mix of free and paid games adds to the fun, and duckpin bowling is always a blast--plus, the freedom from bowling shoes is a bonus. While the cocktails tend to lean toward the sweeter side, I typically opt for wine instead. It can get pretty loud inside if you're not into too much noise. And another bonus is that dogs are allowed!!!“

“Have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally made it with 5 of my closest friends! Came on a Thursday night around 7pm. They post a code on their IG page so you can enter. It was fun within my group gathering everyones guesses before we arrived. Sadly someone let us in so we didn't get to enter the code in but there is a big vault where you can put it in should that not happen for you. Upon entry, it was super chill. They were setting up for a Sofar event (if you don't know what that is, do some homework on that), so they had a section of the place closed off for the set-up. The bartenders were very nice and engaging and offering drink options which was helpful because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. They actually created something for me based on what I like. There was plenty of seating, so no worries there on this particular day but I can imagine it could get crowded on the weekend. I'm a fan.“

“The food is amazing! The nachos are huge! Definitely get them to share. They are served on a half sheet pan. The bowls are fantastic. I went with a vegetarian friend who loved their vegetarian burrito. Another had the tequila shrimp and there were lots of shrimp and peppers and she stated that it was excellent. Our group rounded out with the Carne Asada tacos and it too was flavorful and delicious. Each dish had a little kick but not overwhelming. We all left very full and happy! For 3 adults and a teenager the bill was $115 prior to tip. The 3 adults all had one alcoholic drink. Side note. There is one smallish TV at the bar so not a place to watch the playoff games.Vegetarian options: Satan Chorizo vegan burrito“
“Truly a diamond in the rough. Stumbled upon the place on accident a handful of St. Pat's ago and now it's my go-to good time spot if I'm gonna be in area for the holiday. Super friendly staff and cheap drinks. Some of the absolute nicest people in Indy.“

“I go to this restaurant all the time when I’m on that side of town. Quite a few of my friends live right around it. One of my favorite dishes is their hot and spicy chicken. Overall the experience is very pleasant and the food is excellent.“
“I love White Horse. The chef is amazing when they have food. 90% of the time I come for food and bring my friends along. I love bragging to my friends about how good their wings are and that’s because of the chef, Jordan. She is so amazing and recognizes us. I love her cooking so much!! If the kitchen is closed, I will most likely leave after a shot.“

“The food was great. A bit loud and rowdy for my taste though. Only reason for 4 stars is that 2 of us ordered fries but got tots. Then, no one in our party of 9 was charged correctly, I was charged for my friends meal, he was charged for mine etc.“

“This is my absolute favorite place for authentic Mexican cuisine. The tacos are outstanding! The flavors come alive in your mouth and leave you wanting more! The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. They always go above and beyond to ensure your experience in their establishment is a good one! Lastly, I love the space as a whole. It's a beautiful place to have an intimate meal or have a few drinks with friends. I am from NY and no place in Indy has reminded me of home and family as much as Bakersfield. “Loved the service, really nice bartender. Great energy. Food was decent, nothing special, good presentation though. I recommend the wings. They have a lot of room here for a large crowd. Corn hole, lots of dart boards, and they have concert on the weekends. Will come back if I’m around this area.“
“We tried to do an east side bar car but Si Greene's is closed forever with no indication on Google and Butler Inn was closed for repairs but it all worked out because as de Shi- Kay's was awesome! Pool, darts, affordable drinks and very welcoming staff and regulars. Will be back for sure“

“To celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, we took him to Indiana on vacation to the Annual Fall Festival-Makers Market hosted by INDY HAMMERED KNIVES on September 30th. We found the best bar called KITLEY INN on 825 S. Kitley Ave., across from the Indianapolis Speedrome. The bartender, Lori, was so nice and attentive. She was always there right as we finished our beer/drink. We even went back the next evening and Lori remembered us and our beverage order. The food was also fantastic. The place wasn’t super busy, but we went early around 5:00 or 6:00pm and everyone was nice. The other customers even took pictures for us. They played good country music while we were there, and the music wasn’t overly loud. I definitely recommend Kitley Inn for good cold beer/drinks, good music, good food, and a great atmosphere.“
“If ya love a friendly and welcoming neighborhood bar then this is your place! Karaoke Fridays are a BLAST! Great selection of drinks and the staff so awesome! “Absolutely best pizza around! The service app is so friendly, and so nice! They are always on it and very quick to take care of their table. The servers are very attentive. In the summertime on Saturdays it gets very busy due to the car show but it's a nice way to spend an evening with the family! it can get a little noisy at times, but still very manageable. Compared to some other places!“
