“I travel alot and as a paramedic have been to alot of fast food restaurants. And I try to save by eating cheap. This is by far the best experience I've ever had. And the staff didnt do anything out of the ordinary.

First, I asked if this is a new restaurant. Its not. The place is absolutely spotless and one of the employees came out with a broom to sweep up something small I didnt even see. Cleanest fast food experience I've ever had.

And despite that today is New Year's Day and the drive thru seems steady, it is the calmest, quietest experiences too. No beeping or shouting coming from the kitchen. (actully just noticed a TV behind me - but its low volume showing some Burger Kimg history)

Bright and comfortable lighting. Food was hot and tasty.

And it feels like a very safe location. Oh and theres a kid's crown on every table! lol.
Very thoughtful!

I'll have to come this way more often to visit my girlfriend's family so this is now a good stopping place for my drive.

“while people seem to be review bombing over support in the Isreal v Palestine conflict which seems to be the hottest button in the world right now, my review is about the food, service, staff and atmosphere. The service is top notch, drinks on the tables in less than a minute and food out in less than 10 minutes, mind you we sat at a bar table that the bartenders take care of on top of serving the entire bar rail, they still got drinks out lighting fast and checked on us several times. the burgers were HUGE and delicious, and the fries were perfect. The selection of beers on tap were great and uncommon to find at other bars. the atmosphere was great, loved the music and it was just loud enough to vibe to while still being able to have an audible conversation. The staff was very accommodating and the hostess had a table cleaned off for us immediately, she and the bar staff were great! They have an open kitchen and it looks like the cooks enjoy what they do and have fun with it, which is nice to see and not very common. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.“

We walked in, immediately greeted, and the server gave a rundown of the menu being our first time. The food came our pretty quick and the food was incredible. The server brought out shake samples for us to decide which we wanted. All tasted great as well. Overall, terrific experience! We will definitely be back next time in town!“

“I had dinner recently at Burger Theory after a flight from Houston. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean & welcoming. I ordered a Farm Fresh burger and fries. It was delicious. The service was excellent and I didn’t wait long for my to-go order. I would definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner.“

“Our family has been eating at the Greenwood, Indiana Ruby Tuesdays for lunch on Black Friday for a few years now. This location is great! We have always had wonderful service! The menu has a good variety and everything always tastes good! We showed up this year right as they opened with 13 adults, 7 small children and a baby and they were able to get us seated quickly. Our servers - Phil, Amber, and Chelsea were Rockstars! They quickly took orders, delivered meals, kept drinks refilled and even took pictures for us! Would give them 10 stars if we could! Thank you for making our lunch break on a busy day so nice and relaxing!“

“I’m huge fan of five guys. I try to never write negative reviews. This is not a condemnation of five guys in general. I’ve never had a bad meal in store. I just spent 31.00 on a DoorDash order. Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. Have to say though the food quality lies completely at your place. Do better.“
