“I had a very good experience with this Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts. I placed an online order for a cake for my daughter's birthday today and put in the wrong date to pick it up.When I got there I had no cake ready to be picked up. They told me to pick out a cake that was premade and they would decorate the top for me. This was a mistake that I made and Baskin Robbins was very understanding about it. I will recommend this one to everyone!! They are the best!!!“

“Wonderful staff experiences when we have stopped in. Energetic ladies working hard, and super helpful when your not sure what to order. “I live nearby this Culver’s and visit it frequently. I also walk around the neighborhood with my dog and pass in front of the store almost daily. When it snows they never shovel the sidewalk that runs parallel to LaPorte Avenue. This is annoying and dangerous. It’s a tiny strip of walk between two businesses to the east and 1st Source Bank to the west, all of which keep their sidewalks cleared of ice and snow. I suggest and hope that for the safety of pedestrians Culver’s management addresses this potentially serious issue. Thank you.“

“My daughter and I come here at least once a week, if not twice. It’s a nice little reward. Today we came in for a back to school reward. I witnessed an employee doing an amazing job with a stack of reward punch cards. I mean a STACK! She kept her cool and handled the situation like a dang pro! Everyone that works here is so kind and amazing. The flavors are fun and amazing! We love putting all the different toppings on! (I want to give a shout out to the girl tonight. I don’t wanna misspell her name and I told her I would mention her this way. The girl with the name that starts with X, you are the real MVP! Keep doing what your doing sis!)“
