“Out of years of service at Starbucks I wrote bad review but never a good one till now holly the barista of 30 was the sweetest nicest thing I have ever encountered at a Starbucks normally when they get ur order wrong they rolls there eyes when u ask to fix it im sure every customer has experienced this but holly was so nice I told her she can scrape the whip cream off the top what the laziest does but she was like it’s ok there whip at the bottom it’s no problem it will only take a second to remake like what are u sure u realize where ur working never have i ever got this level of service holly thank you you definitely made my day“

They were out of chocolate croissants, so while she made my grande soy hazelnut cappuccino ☕, she warmed up a regular croissant ? while I went and bought some Nutella. By the time I got back to her counter, my cappuccino was ready, and Miss Kayleigh went to the deli to find me a plastic knife and spoon. I made a homemade pain au chocolat, and my cappuccino tasted great. ?“
