“Had an exquisite dining experience at Salvatori's Italian Restaurant in Auburn, Indiana. The highlight of my visit was the delectable Basilicata, a savory blend of Italian sausage, onions, bell peppers, spicy crushed red pepper, and perfectly al dente rigatoni, all harmoniously tossed in a rich marinara sauce. Each bite was a testament to the culinary care put into their dishes. Although this location may be cozier than others, it delivers hugely on flavor and satisfaction. The service matched the meal in quality, adding to the charm of this establishment. If you're seeking a meal that will delight your taste buds and leave you reminiscing about Italy's rustic flavors, Salvatori's is the spot. Authentic, flavorful, and served with a smile—highly recommended!“

“A small town hidden gem for German cuisine! We tried this place for the first time. Our server was upfront when he explained that food was prepared nearly from scratch and that it would be a bit of a wait. We appreciated his honesty, but we didn’t think it took that long anyway. We also walked in just before a party of 21 came in. The schnitzels were excellent. It was very reasonably priced as well. This place is worth the drive to Garrett. We’ll definitely be back.“

“The food was fantastic, but service was horrendous. We seated ourselves per the signage in the foyer and then sat there...and sat there...and sat there. When the server finally came out and greeted us, they didn't even apologize for us having been sitting there forever. This was a portent of things to come because we never saw her again after our food was brought out.As we were eating several other groups of people came in and sat for nearly ten minutes before going back into the kitchen and calling out asking if there was anyone working. We were just about to go do this ourselves as we had finished eating by then and were going to be late for an appointment if we weren't out of there within five minutes. We ended up being quite late to our appointment because it took over fifteen minutes for her to come out, get us boxes for our food, give us a bill and come back for our credit cards. Considering there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant and she'd already brought them drinks and turned in their orders, I don't know what on earth could've taken that long to do those few things!! We even told her repeatedly that we were in a hurry and she acknowledged that and moved about as casually as you please like she had all the time in the world! The waitress was as sweet as could be, but clearly not cut out for the service industry. We don't hold this against Italian Grille, but plenty of other people probably would. Service is an important aspect of a business, and having an inattentive server with no sense of expediency--especially when the customer tells them they're in a hurry and have somewhere to be--can impact a business' reputation.Wheelchair accessibility: Six handicap spaces right in front of the door, three on each side of the wheelchair ramp.Nice big handicap stall in the bathroom.Limited space between tables which aren't set up in rows, so you will have to zip zag a wheelchair or walker through a maze of tables if you don't sit at the first one you come to or want a booth.“

“I recently savored the Tasty Supreme pizza from Tasty Pizza in Waterloo, Indiana, customizing it without green peppers for my first trial. The experience was nothing short of delightful. Right from the first bite, the crust impressed me with its perfect bake and texture. The toppings were cooked to perfection, each ingredient melding harmoniously while retaining its distinct taste. What stood out the most was the sauce — it had a unique flavor profile that set this pizza apart from others I’ve tried. Despite the older, somewhat worn appearance of the building, the quality and taste of the pizza spoke volumes about the family tradition of making "Pizza Fantastic Since 1958!" It’s a testament to not judging a book by its cover, or in this case, a pizzeria by its facade.I’m already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend Tasty Pizza to anyone looking for a top-notch pizza experience in Waterloo. Their craftsmanship in pizza making is evident, and it’s no wonder they’ve been a culinary staple since 1958. Two thumbs up for Tasty Pizza!“
