Felt very much taken advantage of. "Hey let's serve veggies from kroger's frozen section and jack up the price. We win and the customer...ah we will show we just don't care about quality." Spent a lot of money, and the food was worse than bar food. Let the server know our feedback. She had no comment. No one stopped by the table afterwards. It's pretty obvious, from reading some of the negative reviews, that some reviewers are confused as to where they visited. This place has one crust, so no choice as to thin or thick, and they don't offer garlic butter sauce. Most expensive pie is $24 for a large with 3 or more toppings.“

“This location is tip notch. The service is amazing and the food is always good. Recently visited and a local company had ordered 800 pizzas earlier that day. This order was placed with short notice and causef the restaurant to run out of cheese. The employees handled it very well and shined through the adversity of a very stressful situation.“

“I was able to eat in at Ichiban Asian Fusion. The service was quick and helpful. The menu was heavily Americanized, with simple stir fry dishes, classic American-Chinese chicken options, and cream cheese-forward sushi rolls. Everything was fresh to order, but most items felt a bit under seasoned for my taste. The dishes were simple, which I think offered mass appeal, which was evident because the restaurant was very busy while I was there!“

“The Shift Batesille over promised, overbooked and terribly under delivered for this Easter event. We love The Shift for a casual lunch but they were way out of their capabilities. They were desperately understaffed in the kitchen and in the dining room. In the course of 2 hours to complete we saw at least three tables leave in frustration. We were seated at our reserved time but it took over 40 minutes to have the meal brought to our table. Salads were brought with the entree instead of a 1st course. Basic drinks were provided but refills were never offered. The sides were generous but the proteins were barely enough for 2 people at a sitting of 5. Promised refills never came. Had they, they would have been consumed with cold sides. The tenderloin was overcooked and dry, the ham was more fat than meat.Sides were decent but I expect they hoped you would fill up on those and not the proteins. The strawberry shortcake was only by definition a short cake, a yellow cake severed with a few fresh strawberries not what is normally expected as strawberry shortcake amd the brownie was a sad brown flavorless triangle. At this point I don't know if we will go back for lunch but I know we will not visit their restaurant for any future events of this type. $28/per person was a rip-off for what was provided.“

“Two things on the menu you shouldn't go with out:

Big Bopper - it consists of 2 eggs your way, hashbrown with a country fried stead wrapped around it. Gravy poured on top and two biscuits on the side.

Pretzels so soft and delicious you might just make the drive for them.

Warning/disclaimer: This restaurant is the best example of a grease spoon with great food. I'd also suggest you go to the bathroom before you go here to eat or bring hand sanitizer.

Vegetarian options: They have things without meat in them. Example gravy didn't have sausage cooked into it but was still delicious.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed.

Wheelchair accessibility: No handicap entree points, no handicap bathroom stalls.“

“Well we my wife and granddaughter was setted at 806pm we order ower food shortly after waited a hour and ten minutes and never saw ower food we was told they was working on online orders but noticed people that were seated befor us and several after us had already eaten and was leaveing then the table next to us that had waited about 20min got there food we still hadent got ower order i asked 3 different times for a manager but one never showed up gues they was working on all the on line orders ? The restaurantwas at best 50%full so after being ignored for a hour and 15 min we walked out and i will never be back i am also gona post my experiance on my facebook page were i have around 5000 followers to let everyone no exactly how we was treated this eve cant tell ya about the food never saw it i dont recamend the sweet tea“

“We had a large group at the Harrison bws last night. Some of us noticed a group of four harassing the waitress about everything. Sent the food back to or three times. Complained the drink weren’t strong enough. Everything they did put that poor waitress in tears. One of our party followed the guy up to the bar to hear him complain to the manager so he would take more off the bill. Brian just snatched the bill from the guy and paid it so the waitress wouldn’t get stiffed(Brian tipped her a 100$). Those four stayed and drank for a few hours complaining to her the whole time about every thing. When they went to leave they came to our table all excited the bill was paid. I stated he didn’t pay it to be generous and your attitude is something you shouldn’t be proud of. Some people are just clueless on how to treat people. Morgan was the waitress and she did a fantastic job!! She was on top of it all!!“
