Absolutely horrible service. Waited for 5 hours, yes 5 hours, on the day Purdue played in the final 4. Management quite literally hid in the back and when they finally sat us, our food never came out. They threatened to call the police when we politely asked for our drinks to be comped. Will never be returning here, I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Worst dining experience of my life.
If you go here, expect to wait despite tables appearing open, as they seem to be chronically understaffed.Aside from waiting longer than at other places, everything has been wonderful. Servers are friendly and the food has always been excellent. Using app rewards and deals in-store has always gone smoothly as well.
